“I cannot say enough good things about Broer Freeman. I brought in my beloved art deco ring because I was concerned the diamond was lose. Rachel was so helpful my first visit. She told me it COULD be tightened but the jeweler may want to add prongs to really secure it and give me peace of mind. The jeweler was on vacation for the next few days, so I left my ring in their care. I received a text a few days later telling me that they had looked at my ring, and what they determined as far as what it needed as well as an estimate. They also told me it is typically a 2-3 week turnaround time. My sister got married that same weekend and I really wanted to wear my ring for the wedding. So I asked if I could come get it Friday for the wedding and return it to them Monday. I brought the ring back Monday, and expected at least a week and a half before it would be ready. They had it finished in three days. THREE DAYS! They were very professional and so helpful, and my ring looks incredible! I'm so glad I opted for the prongs. Take your antique, vintage, and estate jewelry here, you'll be so glad you went to the best.”

“I had a watch in need of repair. I took it to the place where most people take time pieces in need of repair. They said I needed a main gasket and crown gasket replaced. $60, and they would have it in a few weeks. I came to Yelp and found Tom Rumpf. He looked it over and said the main gasket is fine, but the crown needs to be replaced. He did the job for 1/4 the cost the other place quoted, and I had my watch back in 2 business days. Tom is now my go-to guy for watch repairs.”
