I went in looking for blanket yarn that has not been on the floor in 2 weeks, but has been listed as being in stock. The first sales associate I spoke with rolled her eyes at my request and said she would check in their stock boxes after she cut some fabric. I waited at the fabric counter for 10 minutes and another sales associate came to me and told me the first employee would not be helping me, that they have the yarn in the store, but they would not get it out and sell it to me. No wonder this company had to file for bankruptcy. Can’t make money if you refuse to sell your stock. I understand it’s the holidays and stores get understaffed, but the way I was treated by the staff as an inconvenience was ridiculous, and I just paid an extra $10 to have the yarn shipped to my house so I could get my kid’s blanket done in time for Christmas, all because someone refused to open a box. Wild.

Quite frustrated with my shopping trip today. I went the fabric area, looking for faux fur to make a headband, and while I'm trying to explain what I needed(even showed her a picture) she walked away from me in the middle of talking to her. I looked where she told me, and it was not what I wanted, so I go back to the counter and ask another woman, and she wasn't as rude until I found what I wanted. Just gave her a friendly heads up, that there may be other moms coming in because all of us had issues with our Amazon order and it's needed for the parade and she says "why are all of you waiting until last minute then?". Which wasn't last minute on us mom's part, but im sorry Amazon's 1 day delivery(it's been 3 now) didn't work out and we inconvenienced their staff.

I would recommend if placing a online order be prepared items will get canceled and when you go to pick your order up check it this is my four order that has been wrong in 3 days and they don’t seem to care

A Jo-Ann Fabrics and Craft store built inside an old Circuit City, nothing especially good or bad about it, but it is a pretty huge store. Despite the habitual corporate short staffing, the staff is helpful and pleasant!
Don't forget to bring your coupons!

I love all the Halloween 🎃 decorations! It's such a great selection of fabrics and crafts! I popped in looking for fabrics for my next project. The staff was super friendly and personable! They helped me find all the things I needed to make my craft dreams come true! They are so much more than fabrics and crafts. I look forward to seeing the Christmas 🎄 decorations 😀

Poor customer service. The girl that was checking me out was rude and acted like she didn’t want to be there. If you don’t like your job find a different one.

Always enjoy coming here just wish there were more employees around to ask for help sometimes, always have to go up to the register for help if I can’t find something.

As you should expect, they have tons of fabric. They also have crafting supplies: papers, beads, embellishments, and everything else you could want. The store is clean and the clerks are friendly and helpful.
