Went here with my 5 year old daughter Nov 9 at 5:15 my daughter was being absolutely fine held my hand through the store never got loud or anything. and the employee old lady with bright white/blonde hair, glasses and a hair clip in her hair working the cutting counter was talking to someone and as we were walking by she said loudly and clearly that she wishes that she could put a sign on the store door stating "pets allowed, not children" i remember that same lady had a bad attitude last time I went here also. Last time I'm shopping here

Let me start by saying,I am a quilter and buy lots of fabric from many places. Friday my daughter,grandson and I went to this location close to my home to look for fall craft and fabric choices. It was like a ghost town in there when we walked in,my daughter even commented about it. Seemed odd for payday. Now I know why. The lady at the cutting counter was very rude to us and we left our cart full of merchandise sitting there and walked out. Never going back! Prior to this I had great service,not sure where store manager was I usually get help from ,but the woman working Friday night was a b.....too many other places to spend my fabric budget.

I shop at JoAnn's regularly. This location has excellent staff who took the time to help me choose a product (look for LUXE fleece- game changer) and was thoughtful enough to help me find a pattern I liked, one one SALE, & even suggested an amount necessary for my project that saved me $$$. Another staff member checking me out at the register stopped to help me locate a last minute item I remembered (Halloween item I waited too long to get last year & it was IN again). I appreciated the personal experience and will return soon!
