I have been going here for years and have never been so disappointed in my experience. I cannot remember the nail techs name; however, I have never seen her before. First off, she clipped my cuticle too much and made me bleed on my left pinky. Secondly, she could not figure out to “ombré” the sparkles on my nails; she had to wipe and redo it 5 times and it still just looks like a blob. Lastly, she did an express manicure when I was set for a signature manicure (her coworker had to make sure I was not charged extra).
The paint is uneven and bumpy. Theres paint on my cuticle, and parts of my fingers. Theres random sparkles on fingers they are not supposed to be on. There’s “bubbles” on my thumb.
This was a birthday gift from my friend…very disappointed.

My best friend and I just had pedicures and got the exact same thing. Her total was $54 and her tech took her time. She started first and finished after me. My total was $61 and when I asked why as we both did the exact same things, the response was she was a higher price tech. That would have been nice to know especially since she didn't spend nearly as much time with me and was extremely disinterested. Will not be going back ever.

I don’t live in Toledo so maybe this is the normal price?
I was shocked at the cost for my gel alternative nsil refill - $83 (not including tip).
The service was good, everyone is very nice. The refill was good, the technician was very sweet. But I cannot justify all this for that cost.

So disappointed in this highly recommended place. Came in and asked for a pedicure. They signed me up for an express pedicure without entailing what that meant. I was in the pedicure chair for 15 minutes long. This pedicure included polish change, nail filing, and approx 2 minutes on each side of callus removal. This option for a pedicure is totally fine for someone who wants that. However, I was signed up for it without asking and then charged $47 for 15 minutes. That’s complete highway robbery.

I have never left a negative review until today. Requested a French manicure and pedicure. Extremely disappointed. The white tips are asymmetrical, cuticles were not cut, and there is a gap between my white tips and base. The polish does not cover the entirety of my nail and it’s all uneven. I honestly could have done a better job at home. Will not be returning and will not be recommending.

Last Monday I visited your salon to get my current nails taken off and a new set applied. When I got there I was sat at a station in the back and in the corner and I had a difficult time seeing my nails. The young lady who started doing my nails told me she didn’t have time to do anything but balance and paint them. I had wanted to do them longer and have them painted pink and white. Every nail has blue paint on them because the color of the nails I had before she started doing them. The length and design wasn’t at all what I wanted. They are not filed correctly and the clear coat over it is not correct and doesn’t cover the entire nails. My nails are pulling my hair out if I run my fingers through it. So, I am the type of person to contact the salon if I have an issue which I tried to a few times to do since Monday and it is now late afternoon on Thursday and I have not heard anything back from the salon. Every time I called I was told that she ( the manager) was busy but she would call right away when she had a chance. Yet I have not had any contact from her or anyone from the salon. This is my first time ever going there and unless someone wants to call me immediately after seeing this and offer to do a new set I will continue to try and reach out to upper management to get this situation corrected and I will keep people updated on how you respond. UPDATE: I spoke with the salon and they were very apologetic and offered me an appointment to come in and get the service redone at no charge on Monday morning. I will post another update once they have been redone. Thank you to the salon for having me come back and have them corrected.
Requested style: I wanted a very light pink with a little bit of sparkle for the base coat then I wanted a bright pink color that would come down the sides and come to a v shape and then put a coat of the base color over the whole nail. Simple and straightforward there should be absolutely no problem. I would be very happy just to come in and have them taken off and a new set put on and designed the way I asked and I would love to continue to be a client.

Unfortunately my friend and I both got ingrown toenails from them trimming badly. and yes trimming too short can cause this... Not enough experience at this salon! And honestly their colors are way too light!

This place is so incompetent, the girls can not schedule appts. They change your tech without telling you, it's issue after issue. I recommend finding a new salon or making your own appt on line

So disappointed! Went with a group. Had to confirm in advance what Pedi I want, so I call and left them a voicemail. Turns out my wish was not honored and I had to spend the big $$$. The results though are terrible. About half of my toes are blotchy and non-shiny while the rest is fine.
Tried calling repeatedly to complain but you can never get anyone on the phone there. Needless to say I'd rather spend less money for a better service somewhere else.

Clean facility and great experience! One of the best pedicures I have had. The techs took their time and made us feel like they wanted us there, not just rushing to get to the next person, as I have felt at some other salons. They can accommodate groups without having to few weeks’ notice (I called the day before and reserved a spot for 4). There were about 8 people being helped at the same time we were there. I will definitely be using this as my go-to moving forward.

Got a pedicure yesterday, cost me 88$ after tip. Today 2 of my toes already have chips out of them. I wore flip flops all day yesterday so I know I didn’t scuff them on anything. I’m really disappointed, I’ve had pedicures for 1/2 the price that actually lasted!!

I decided to get the gel polish on my nails this time and I just love it. It stays on a lot longer. When they do the gel. They put it under this light for a couple of seconds and then you can just leave. You don't have to worry about your nails getting smudged. So that's what I always get every time I go there. It costs a little more but to me it is worth it. And the workers there are very nice. Also. I always give them a tip.
