The Westgate and Perrysburg location is being rated here. Jeremy and Kevin are managers at each location respectively and are who I have greatest disappointment with. There is ALWAYS confusion about my accounts and difficulty finding them in the system. I have to show a card with my banking account numbers/information to the locations in order to find me in the system. There was more than one time that I had to leave the bank because the CSR could not help me. There has NEVER been compassion or kindness toward my situation. It is always an IDC attitude that I get from the CSR or manager. I completed paperwork with Katie at the Westgate Key bank to allow someone to handle transactions on my behalf (and the individual has done it before) and he went into the bank subsequently to that and was told there is no paperwork on file. The treatment by this bank definitely makes me concerned about competency and concerned about continuing to do business with them. If I could give a zero rating, I would. This is unacceptable customer service. I am extremely disappointed!!

It's a bank...you do bank stuff here. If you're looking for carpet cleaning or pet food, this isn't the place.

I have done business with Key Bank for a few years without a single issue until recently. The branch manager will straight face lie to you, key bank customer service will straight lie to you , the corporate people will straight lie to you !!!!! One tells you one thing, another tells you the exact opposite...So now they played their game, and lost ! I move to a Reputable Bank !

Since my family emigrated to the USA... we have been banking with Key Bank and have been blessed with their awesome achievement. They have a great Customer service Representatives in all branches.

TERRIBLE. It could only be Key bank to keep hitting their "valuable " customers with overdraft fees instead of a one time fee (like a credible bank). Repeatedly charging $30 fees for $10 or $12 dollar purchases. Things could've been resolved with a direct deposit payoff. I even tried reaching out to cold hearted management. Way to go Key Bank! ANOTHER dissatisfied customer!!!

They have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I went into the lobby a couple of months ago and didn't know there is a limit for the ATM. Went inside and the representative the said my balance in front of everyone.

I too had a unpleasant experience with Key Bank and the overdraft policy (getting a negative balance). Due to a misunderstanding on my part--I used bill pay and did not understand clearly the day it would withdrawl--I overdrafted my account by about three dollars. This caused me to get a fee of $33. This was not a big deal except that I made two debit purchases that same day; unaware of the overdraft. One was for $1.05 and the other for $2.57. I then received fees for $33 and $39, respectively. When I asked the banker about the fees and why my debit purchases were not denied, I was informed that they can't do that. Nor can they do anything about the fees. This policy is wrong and very deceitful if you ask me. The bank I had before this one would deny any type of transaction--bill pay, debit, credit, check--if the balance afterward would be less than zero. Key Bank is exploiting the fact that people make mistakes in an effort to make a few extra dollars. The thing is, the very next day, my paycheck deposited (I thought the bill was going to withdrawl that day) and I had more than enough money to cover all the transactions. Summary: Just keep an eye on the balance is what I am saying.
