Overall just unsatisfied. I deposit money and it takes days to reflect in my account and my balance stays running negative instead of it reflecting my deposits and then I’m told it could take 2-3 days. Today I had a deposit just disappear after it was made. These banks just rip people off. Then they sold my information to creditors so I have collection agencies calling me from California regarding my parents accounts. I been with this bank 6 years never been offered a loan or anything not even a home equity loan. I’m closing my accounts after the first of the year and going to Toledo Urban Federal Credit Union. Where there are benefits to being a member instead of liability.

The ATM service at this branch and others is abysmal. I mostly do my deposits after hours and the number of times I've had problems with the machine is unacceptable. I can't be the only one who has this issue.
