Many thanks to teller Sandy who went above and beyond her expected service to retrieve my cash from the hungry ATM, she could have called it a day and made me wait for days until the next balance to get my money back, but judging by the looks of the bills, she dug the crinkled, crumpled wad of cash from the jaws of death. Customer service like hers is rare and should be acknowledged. By working too hard she did not make her coworkers look bad, she only made all of Keybank look better today, thank you again!
