This is a review of Kroger's execrable pharmacy. I was insulted by a bitchy clerk names Anais, and I complained to her supervisor Greg, who backed her insult. I sent an email to Kroger pharmacy's complaint department as well as a letter to their Director, Karen Hoguet, in both cases asking for a response. No response came, and the next time I picked up an RX the little soy boy Greg cheesed me with a shit-eating grin from over where he does his nonsense. That's it, I'm out, and I'm telling everyone I know what a shitshow Kroger Pharmacy is.

Cashiers were extremely rude, never enough staff, parking lot and exterior always have trash around, items always out of stock. I asked one worker why the other self service areas were not open and her reply was that I needed work there and open them. Same worker pushed a cart at an elderly lady that was just trying to shop. My neighbors and I are starting to drive out of our way to go Meijer. This is the worst location in Toledo and I have shopped at multiple locations.

Management is a nightmare and how they treat there employees. Plus this store is always dirty there is one manager that just does not know how to run the store.

their pharmacy is a joke .. multiple times I was told medication would be ready by a certain time and I go 3 hours after that time n they still aren't ready. I'm so over the lack of professionalism.

I have been waiting in line for my clicklist for over an hour! Trying to call customer service and the phone has been ringing for over 8 minutes. The extensive wait has been longer and more frequent lately. It seems as though they don't even care. The last time it happened the response I got was, "Sorry, we had some people call off. " The wait was 50 minutes that time... Thank you to Landen who was very polite and professional when finally delivering my groceries.

Every Sunday morning! Shelves are never stocked. Only two registers open! Lines are long and baggers are slow! **10:30am 9/6 there is ONE register open. Yes, ONE. Line is to the back of the store, but there are workers outside washing windows!

This Kroger is close to my house. I go here if I need something really quickly. No issues with this Kroger. Sometimes you can catch a musician playing outside. Sounds very nice :)

maybe actually put things where they belong and if their not in their proper place. ... and if a customer find multiple item of one thing in an aisle (like over 4 of that product) you should honor that price it stated not look at me like im the one who freaking did it

This store manager really needs a class in customer service. There is so many rude employees that work at this store. Especially in the deli.

I stopped by to pick up some items only to realize that Kroger refuses to accept Apple Pay. Major waste of time. I believe it's simply due to the fact that they want your info, they want to know what each customer purchases. Apple Pay keeps your purchase and private information private. I'll shop at meijer today instead.

have more than 1 person operating the customer service counter during peak business hours have all Lanes staffed with a cashier during peak business hours... dedicate 1 bagger to retrieve carts from the parking lot at all times and the rest dedicated to bagging groceries I literary have a video of a bagger standing at the end of a register while my daughter bagged out groceries management needs to be an example to the highest level of customer service instead of impeding on the only staff members ability to swiftly provide service to people already waiting in line for 10 minutes or more at the customer service center
