I’ve always dreaded going to this pharmacy I cannot lie. Myself and my husband have had consistently poor experiences to the point where I switched companies. I had to pick up a prescription today and was helped by Jessica and was so pleasant and made it a quick experience. She’s a true asset!

If I could give zero stars I would have . By far the worst pharmacy dealt with . Having a baby that’s life depends on her medication and having krogers always mess the scripts up and never have them ready when they are supposed to be is unacceptable. Also having to wait 40 minutes in the drive threw line just to be told my scripts weren’t ready after waiting a week is crazy .

So glad to have my scripts here Rite aid was horribly autofills Kroger most the time has all my scripts for pick up so Iam not going every day the help is always professional and helpful thank you

Some of the pharmacy technicians are helpful and kind. However, the pharmacy manager, Josh is abrasive. He is too busy to call other pharmacies to get scripts transferred and told me to find another pharmacist to “comply with my demands” because it wasn’t time to fill the script anyways. However, if he would have been receptive to helping the customer, he would have been made aware that prior authorization was required and they needed to have a script at their pharmacy before that could be worked on. Instead of directing questions when appropriate to the physicians, Josh directs his concern at the patient. Then reports this is his job even though he doesn’t know the specifics of why a medication is ordered. Unfortunately getting support at this pharmacy is challenging because Josh isn’t accommodating to patients.

Nothing but issues every time I come here. Don’t have my scripts every time I come and it’s days later. Claim it wasn’t sent when it’s always sent multiple times!!! Like geez get some staff.

Can’t ever get ahold of a pharmacist to speak with them and plan on waiting at least 2 or 3 days to get a script filled. It used to be much better

horrible experience with the pharmacy every time.
today was told that by Ohio law, they have to return medication to stock that isn't picked up after 12 days (I'm out of town and asked them to hold it for me until tomorrow). Having been a former pharmacy technician and researching Ohio law regarding that statement, I came to find they are full of crap.
There is no Ohio law stating this.

I will start by saying if I could give zero i would. I called there and a person answered the phone that was really rude. I have arthritis and spinal issues and when I called about my prescription refill they treated me so rude. I live with constant pain and she treated me so rude.
Absolutely appalling customer service. I called because my doctor requested I do so to make sure it was sent as it was supposed to go to another location.
They wanted to make sure there wasn’t an issue before the weekend as I was supposed to leave to go out of town that morning
The person refused to have my medicine ready by 10 and told me i have to wait.
I was calling in advance by 2 days to arrange it. So sad that this has become acceptable to treat people this way. The comments she made was so uncalled for.
I’m in my fifties and i am so over the poor customer service companies currently allow. I know this won’t thing change even with my review, but it is worth a try.
if she had a bad day I am sorry for her but to take it out on someone else that had nothing to do with it.
The companies need to do secret shoppers to their employees. call some of your customers that were treated poorly get our side then call using the same scenario and see how you are really treated .

I understand where the confusion is coming from, but I'm tired of asking over and over for a notify whenever a prescription is filled. It shouldn't be a problem. Do not call in the evening, you will get transferred to the store, an associate will answer and they will transfer you back to the pharmacy and the cycle with continue if you choose to stay on.

Drive thru sucks! It takes them 10+mins with each car. And nobody ever answers the phone. It's gone down hill in the last year or so.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. I had a prescription sent over on MONDAY and it’s SATURDAY and it’s still not filled. Im so confused on why it’s taking so long? People could literally end up being hospitalized without their medication this is absolutely ridiculous. The last time I was prescribed this medication it took about a day for them to fill it and they could only fill it half way. They told me they could fill the rest of the medication the next day but they never did it took about two days to receive the rest of my medication. I had to call and ask them if they could transfer the refill to another pharmacy before they did anything about it. I definitely will be going elsewhere.
