Felt the need to put this here while it is still fresh in my mind.
First I have autism/Asperger's
I got accused of stealing 2 bucks in cat food. After buying 80 in food
The transaction did not go through. So I left the food and left the store. I said cancel the transaction. My card was not working.
They ran after me. Next thing you know I have 5 managers around me. I am sorry that us people with autism look different or act different but this is no excuse to so this to a human being. This was my fav store. Kroger has been in my life for 40 years. And now would you go? The end result Tim the assistant store manager has told me not to come back. This is your mistake not mine and you punish me still? No one said gee I am sorry. Nothing.

This is a nice Kroger store. Very well stocked and taken care of. Parking lot can be a little busy with traffic, but you can usually get in and out for what you need rather quickly.

Came to pick my order and NOTHING was ready! Order was placed over 4hrs ago. This Kroger’s NEVER has anything in stock, and is always slow I don’t know why I thought I was doing something by trying to save time today.

So I came to the Kroger today to get my fish like I usually do (i don't like the new cooler) they have, I wanted perch you can tell it's been out for hours ask for fresh was told no never happened before told me they had to sell what was up there remind you as hot as it and the top part of all the fish is exposed and they didn't have ice on top of it I would had took it. And was told it was store policy I buy fish once a week for 8 years now.so disappointed .IT IS TOO HOT TO HAVE THE TOP OF IT EXPOSED AIR TEMP IS DIFFERENT FROM THE BOTTOM WHERE THE ICE

first off, Amanda claims she manager but shes very unprofessional. Jason yo big neck self very rude very unprofessional needs to be fired ASAP! The metal detectors don’t work at all beeping for everyone that goes through, meaning anyone can steal whatever you want! Altogether it was very u professional and very rude it really and truly deserve 1 star Krogers get it TOGETHER!!!!! Last but not least, why is the workers cursing at their customers?? Saying “hell nah” this is so unprofessional and yall food probably old enough.
