Pharmacy said prescription would be ready in the afternoon. They called back, first the person on the phone didn't know where she worked thinking she was at rite Aid, then said they don't have it in stock will be in the next day. Went today to pick up prescriptions. Had to wait 15 minutes because they still didn't have the inhaler filled. When got home another prescription was not in the bag. Called the pharmacy , put on hold, nobody answered. Had to call back, oh will see if it fell out of the bag. I hate this store. Poor customer service. I would give the store a no star rating.

This is for the pharmacy. But today to pick up my husband's meds for surgery I was there at 11:26 and the closed shade was down right behind the posted times for today of 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. with lunch from 1:00 to 1:30. Cars were lined up behind me also.
When they close at lunch they will converse with someone for at least half an hour before that, I waited half an hour while no transactions were taking place at the car in front of me except conversation with the person in the window who waited till exactly 1:00 then pull down the shade and the car left.

was there today buying plants with a gift card and needed help. the guy at self checkout was extremely rude and was treating me like i was stupid. i love my plants though

Clean neighborhood store. Coupon alert -- yesterday, on my small number of items, the checkout scan missed three coupons-- 1 paper, 1 electronic on the app, 1 a price markdown. The cashier was nice , took the time to properly take off the discounts. But be watchful on the coupons . She mentioned that they've been having problems with coupons

Kroger is my favorite grocery store. I really like their big k soda. You can get virtually any grocery item here. If I only need groceries, I always go to Kroger.
