It was a real blessing for us as we found the recliner that was best for my husband. And the salesperson Cheryl was great. She worked with us and assisted us in getting the correct chair. We love the Lazyboy recliners and the experience at the Monroe street store was awesome. Would recommend this store to all our friends and family. Blessings Darlene Hughes

Well, it finally came time for me to replace my grandmother's two La-Z-Boy recliners that date back to the late 70's.So I went to the La-Z-Boy showroom and was greeted by Mikala and told her the story.She was great, patiently answering all my questions and concerns and then I spent some time looking for my new furniture. You can spend quite a while in the showroom looking around, they have an incredible number of display items. And of course you can try them out as well which is half the fun. I ended up buying not only two new recliners but a recliner sofa as well.I would recommend anyone visiting the showroom to ask for Mikala, she'll take good care of you.

Make sure you check your products for any damages at delivery. DONT BE AFRAID TO DENY THE DELIVERY... This is my first new piece of furniture I purchased for myself! It felt like my headrest was damaged upon delivery but I was willing to oversee the flaw. Delivered 12/22 and today 03/24 the damage is showing more. I waited too long and now the Lazy boys customer service is trying to change me $175 for just a tech to show up for an hour to start. No exceptions made for me! Might as well just buy my furniture from Costco... Learned my lesson. My experience with a previous technician for a previous lazy boy purchase, the guy flipped my recliner on its front and was messing with the controls and I just didn't really like the way he handled my property. At least if you buy your furniture from Costco you know how it's going to be handled while delivered. Everything has to be micromanaged now! And you can't even trust companies to handle their part of the business like at their warehouses and distribution systems! Then they hire some no name company to deliver the products that ends up getting damaged during delivery...

We have had our la z boy couches for 26 years so we were excited to get new ones. They will be available to bring home in about 6 weeks. So I hope I picked out the material that will last a long time. I looked online before going into the store and knew the sets I wanted to look at and sit on. Definitely suggest doing that. The material looks slightly different in person and the couches all feel different so sit on them first. We bought a set I liked online.

Sales professionals were very helpful and informative. Even helped us load the 2 chairs we purchased into our vehicle since the warehouse workers were gone for the day. Have purchased there before and would again!
