I purchased a new LX from Jessica. I live in Indianapolis area and it was worth the drive. She was very responsive and most importantly she listened to my needs. She gave me the detailed price broken down after i first asked (only 1 other dealer gave me the real price wirh all fees when I asked.) She also honored what I wanted and what I did not want in after market add-ons. I was working with 6 other lexus dealers and by far she was the most transparent and up front. Jessica and Austin were both really great! I traveled from Nashville to get the very specific certified used car I was looking for. I’m in love with my 2020 RX 350. The car is extremely clean and has absolutely no smells or anything. This was my first time purchasing a car and they were very understanding, happily answering any questions I had. I also appreciate that the finance guy (I forgot his name) wasn’t pushy at all. He throughly explained the extended warranty options and completely left the choice up to me. I can’t wait to drive my new car everywhere!

This is the second time I have bought from Lexus Toledo in a year, and I wish I had looked at them first for my next vehicle. The first one was a 2013 Toyota Avalon, now a 2017 Lexus ES 350. Jim Schenk was my sales person again, he's very honest, not pushy, and makes me comfortable and relaxed. I can't recommend Lexus in Toledo or Jim enough to anyone.

We recently purchased a 2023 GX450 and Jim Schenk was our sales rep. Prior to this car, we purchased three other Lexus vehciles at two dealerships down in Texas and I've purchased a number of cars over the past 30 years from other dealerships, I can easily say that Jim Schenk was by far, THE BEST sales person we have ever had. He's knowlegable, friendly, helpful, honest and willing to do what it takes to earn your business, wihtout being a pesky car salesman. I am an insurance agent and want people to know that I have their back and they can always consider me their trusted advisor. This is exactly how I feel about Jim. You can trust him and he will not steer you wrong just to make a sale. I can't recommend him enough.

What started out to be a great experience, has turned me sour towards this dealership. I bought a beautiful 2015 LS 460, and all was good. I drove the car home, as I live 4 hours away and it performed awesome. 3 days later, I turn on the park assist, and to my surprise it tells me that their is an issue with it, and to take it to the dealership. So I call my salesperson, and they say to take it to the dealership and let him know what’s going on. I take it to Northtown Lexus, and they say that there is an issue with a park assist sensor and wiring harness, and that it would cost $1200 to fix. The service manager said that since I had the car only a few days, that Toledo Lexus should pick up the cost. Here’s where the problem comes in. I report back to Toledo Lexus and had a very hard time even talking to anyone other than the salesperson who I think is awesome. The sales manager avoided me for over a week, and when we finally talked he said that the general manager would only ok only giving back half of my money, which I feel is wrong. I am a very busy person, so I don’t have time to chase matters to much, so I called the sales manager back as well as left texts, to let him know to just let me have the $600. I have yet to receive a response from him or the general manager as all of a sudden I don’t rate as a customer. Interestingly enough, people love my car, and have asked for the number to this dealership, but I will not refer them as I have been treated unfairly. Disrespect is not an attractive way of doing business. Especially when you are dealing with a high end product, like Lexus is. I had better success buying Lexus from a Ford and Chrysler dealership.

Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. Do not purchase a vehicle from Scott Kondik. I’ve waited over a year for a $200 cosmetic part and have gotten nothing but the run around from Scott. He has been unresponsive, dismissive, and unprofessional. Expected better from a luxury dealer.

I have a 2021 RX 350 F Sport that recently developed a leaking sound in the engine bay. Horrible experience with Technician Jeff. We scheduled the car to have the leaking sound checked out today. When I came in, Jeff did not even bother having it taken into the Service Bay to properly diagnose the issues I had. He simply tried to listen for the leaking sound- and when he couldn't identify it accurately, just flat out said that they were not willing to service my car or have it diagnosed since there was no Visible or Audible loud leaks and there was no dashboard warnings. I even showed him a recording of the Leaking sounds that I got and he was adamant that it was just the Metal and Brackets ticking as it expands and contracts. Yeah- it's not Winter. It never did that until a week ago. And Metal doesn't Drip-Sizzle every so often. Plus, if it was, there would be no dripping sound when the engine was running or immediately after it's shut off. A hot engine will stay hot at least a few more seconds before it starts to properly cool down for the ticking he mentioned. The leaking sound I hear in my garage is pretty consistent and immediately noticeable.Now, call me crazy, but this is the first time I've dealt with a "Service Adviser" that did not want to actually Diagnose the issue. Sure, the leak wasn't spewing out of the bottom and the car wasn't breaking down, but a leak is a leak. That's the point of bringing it in to get checked out and DIAGNOSED. Preventative measures to increase the reliability and lifetime of the car. What- would Jeff rather I maybe come back in 6 months with excessive wear and tear due to the leak so they can blame me for not properly Maintaining my vehicle and not cover anything under warranty?There was another issue with the G-Force/Accelerometer sensor on my F-Sport model. When accelerating, the sensor thinks that the car is pulling to the side. Basically the sensor is skewed 45 degrees. Either a software issue or the sensor is just skewed. Regardless, Jeff tried to tell me he had no clue what it is I was even talking about and when I showed him, he said that "It's an F-Sport model. Nothing we can do about that" in his own words as if he knew nothing about the vehicle.The thing that bothered me the most is that prior to me leaving after it was clear that he was not willing to even bring it in to get it Diagnosed properly ( Which should've been at least the bare minimum. They could've told me they found nothing after looking under the car and into the Engine bay. ) and I told him if he wasn't interested in my taking my business, that I could leave. He had the gal to tell me that he was interested in my business as long as it was for Regular Service, "Maintenance", Oil changes, Tire Changes, etc.... So basically anything that was NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. But for anything else, I should take it to the place I bought it from. I guess the free Loaner car ( To which Jeff was also adamant at the start when we popped the hood that they could NOT provide a loaner car for something "Like this" since there was no obvious issues. ) and anything covered under Warranty was something they were not keen on.EDIT : My vehicle is also still under factory warranty. I did contact service management ( Waiting to hear back, if at all. ) and Lexus corporate. Corporate got back to me after reaching out to the Dealership within MINUTES. This dealership so far it's been over 6 hours after Corporate told me that they would reach out "Shortly". If this gets resolved and it turns out I just had a bad Adviser, I'll edit this review. But for now, this is the first dealership or service that I've ever seen to not even bother trying to diagnose the issue.

Austin and Jessica in sales were amazing to deal with. I did not purchase a new vehicle. In fact, it was an older used mini van they had on their lot. Communication was amazing and we came to an agreement on price very quickly. Very pleased with the sales team there! I was treated kindly and I definitely felt as if I were there to purchase something brand new!In the finance department, I dealt with Jamie. Talk about an amazing human! Although I paid cash for the vehicle, and the transaction could have lasted only minutes, we chatted away and talked about our families and our dogs (the dogs are why I bought the van). He assured me that if I couldn’t get ahold of anyone on the sales team if I had any questions post-sale, to reach out to him. He was absolutely fantastic and explained everything thoroughly. I had never purchased a used vehicle before, and he made sure I had all the information I needed and explained everything I was signing.With that being said, I will highly recommend Lexus of Toledo to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. My experience was great, especially as a woman handling the transaction on my own! Maybe one day I’ll be in the position to purchase a Lexus!! If so, I will definitely pay them a visit!

Great experience! Jessica was very easy to work with and got me into my “dream car” within 8 hours. The entire team was fantastic. I’d highly recommend.
