About Lucas County Children Services
The mission of Lucas County Children Services is to lead the community in the protection of children at risk of abuse and neglect. This is accomplished by working with families, service providers and community members to assess risk and coordinate community-based services resulting in safe, stable and permanent families for children.

Wood County has the best Case Managers. Lucas County Case workers seem to be involved for the the title and to make themselves feel like they are above the people they supposed to help Lucas county never has funds to help out in anyway.

If I could give them a negative I would our system is so broken and unfortunately, it's the kids who pay.
