This place has gone SO downhill ever since changing owners and employees. This place used to be a staple in our neighborhood and now it is the worst. They have no selection of breakfast or pastries anymore. Coolers aren't cold and haven't been fixed in like a year. They bare minimum everything out seems like and sometimes you even have to ask them to make coffee! This place sometimes isn't even open in the morning?? This used to be the place everyone went especially in the morning laughing and staring the morning off right when it was BP and even after it turned into a Marathon when they had the ladies working here that were thoughtful, kind and hardworking. I no longer take my kids here for snacks, hot chocolate or get coffee. We now go down the street. We miss the old owners and old employees. Hire you some ladies so things are done right!

I stopped visiting Sam’s travel center due to rude staff on multiple occasions. I keep my head down and try to make a quick trip of most things, but my break time is especially precious 😂 i choose to spend it here. So far I’ve been really happy with the people working. Nice people

Stop trying to keep people's change, and I'm talking about pennies. When I purchase something, I want my change. Whether its one penny or four, its mine to decide if I want it or not, not yours. The audacity to keep my change and I have to ask for it. This happened today, Friday July 25, 2025 around 4:30pm.

Today they denied me the right to sell 2 tacos and a beer and they will accuse me and call the police accusing me of not wanting to pay and having an iron or some dangerous object with me just for being parked for 1/2 hour in the parking lot, which I have done since I was a Bp. Most of the employees know me and today they denied me entry. I hope the manager sees the videos and is fair because these are strong accusations! I hope the owner or manager checks the cameras and is fair!
