I am a frequent patron at this location, since close to home. Over the past 6 months I really have noticed a difference in condition of property. I believe there might be new owners. The prior ones kept the property in good condition.
I have noticed many feral cats, more people loitering , urinating more than once, the parking lot is covered in trash. The side of the building is trash, along with the kittens and loitering.
I completely understand, there will be these issues but now it is to the point I am going to find another location to stop.
The workers are very pleasant and helpful. It is just the upkeep and allowing all the people bothering patrons. The old owners would take care of these issues.

HIGH CRIME AREA! The owners here will be very harsh and very aggressive towards their customers. I have seen it . The owners will CHARGE YOU 25cents if you don’t spend 5$. EVERYTIME THEY WILL DO THIS EVEN IF YOU GO ALL DAY!
I have heard they spit in the coffee . The owners have joked about spitting in the coffee because they were “tired of those people coming in all day”.

It's a nice little family owned business that has a nice stock. The snacks can be a bit expensive though. Gas is normally a good price though. Don't mess with the ATM if you have anything other than an actual bank card. A 2.50 ATM fee can rack up with 3rd party pricing

Over charge and was refused service and told not to come back in store wish it was different owners.with respect and patience.
