Please see my one star review of the Greenville Ohio store for details. I'm leaving the parent company this one star review for the way the customer satisfaction survey is set up. I tried to do the survey online as requested by the store but all it does is transfers me to an order screen and wants me to order...how convenient.An order that if placed,I'm sure would be late cold and underdone from the Greenville Ohio store.

They kept other half of cheese that should have been on my cheesy bread and pizza was burnt.

I want to write about the customer service aspect of this business and this is mostly through the online interface. There is no way to scroll down using a mouse pad on a laptop. You will notice when you go to the page to order, it is zoomed in to the highest view power and there is no arrow bar or scroll bar to use to get to the bottom of the page. Luckily, when placing an online order, I was able to get an exterior desktop wireless mouse that had a scroll button. This may need to be fixed for customers nationwide. There are sadly no location left in Lexington, KY and so I will never have to worry about this being a problem.

I really like Marco's pizza but each time it's something different with there delivery drivers, I even called corporate & of course no reply..very rude but always asking do you want your change...it's sad we're required too tip but we get treated so badly, as if they don't even want too work...

Ordered pizza and it was never made or delivered. Luke the manager of euclid and lakeshore said he would refund my order.... Its been 7 days , no refund.

We have ordered pizza multiple times here at store #1109 in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. We decided to stop here on the way home and witnessed an employee drop a pizza rack that they put pizza dough on to prepare for the order, on the floor and then put it back to be used with the next order. We will not order from here again.

Very disappointed with the Marcos on South Ave. I was ask to hold, waited over 9mins for someone to answer. Never said sorry for the wait. I asked to speak with a manager. Alexia had an attitude right off the get go. Then began to tell me how short staffed they are how busy they are. She was very rude, then she began to tell me i have no clue what it what she is dealing with at her location.Custom service should always be top priority. I am a small business owner. I’ve worked retail and my family was in the restaurant business for over 30 years. It don’t matter how busy you are the customer that is either on the phone or at the register is the most important.Marcos pizza is now no longer an option for my family to eat.

I ordered a pizza from your store #1609 in lorain Ohio. Not only was it one of the best pizzas I've gotten in a LONG time, but they were out of an item and the driver contacted me ahead of time to let me know as well as calling to let me know she was dropping it off on my porch for contactless delivery. I called the store to find out who made the pizza and it was Buck who is the manager. Store #1609 knocked it out of the park and does so on a regular basis. The consistent quality of food and service I get from them is amazing.

I give Marcos a negative star. I ordered pizza and I noticed that the delivery was late so I walked out my front door and low and behold the pizza delivery guy delivered my pizza and just set it on the ground in the front of my door and bugs were all up in the pizza. I will definitely be calling corporate about this issue.

The Marcos in Brooklyn Ohio is a joke! They have a sign that says you have to wear a mask but no mask on the girl cutting and boxing pizzas. I will be calling the health dept

This is regarding the particular store in Toledo Ohio on South Avenue at the Anthony Wayne Trail is exceptionally bad with delivery times. I live within 5 minutes and often from the time the "on it's way" alert sounds it is 1/2 hour before it arrives. I would skip delivery except right now I live on my own & am temporarily physically disabled so I don't move well. Tonite it took 25 minutes from the time it left the store for it to arrive. The driver claimed mine was the third delivery of the bunch. About 7 days ago it took them almost 45 minutes from the time it left for it to arrive. The manager at the store marked it "deleivered" on the online tracker 15 minutes before it was. I suspect she didn't want it seen that my pizza was sitting for those 45 minutes. According to the driver, he was assigned to deliver pizzas to 8 different stops on that trip. I guess mine was near last. I don't mind waiting if they are busy. I just don't want my food sitting around for 30 - 45 minutes like that. I do not believe they can keep it at a hot enough temp in someone's car for those 30 - 45 minutes. Obviously it isn't supposed to happen as shown by the manager marking my pie delivered when it was not.
