I have been trying To contact corporate office about two and a half 3 weeks now And still have not heard back from anyone It looks really bad when you try to reach out for help and A resolution and the people that can help is not responding just know I will not be spending another dime with this company why should I keep paying for food that is not being made like I ordered it. I see good help is hard to find even in the corporate world and the only reason I gave one ? is because I had to in order to post. But if I could rate 0 that is what it would be You have lost a very loyal customer just know I will be complaining to the BBB

Several attempts now, I've tried to order a pizza for my family. And just as many times was placed on hold and had to wait a long time to be served. The website does not work as well either. Now there is no delivery service. I doubt I will not calling again some time soon. We were a loyal customer. It is sad to see the quality has fallen to new low. W140th & Lorain Ave.

I would give them a zero, except you can't. I ordered a small pizza with mushrooms and it was $15.00. You got 2 bites of pizza, and the rest was raised crust. The pizza wasn't even that good. They should be ashamed to call it pizza. I will never order from them again and will tell everyone I know not to either.

I live in Brooklyn, Ohio and our Marco's in that city is awesome. Heather is the store manager and is the nicest person you would ever meet. Heather is helping our veterans at the American Legion Post 572 by donating pizza for their fundraisers. We as post members cannot thank her enough. She puts a smile on every veteran there. Thank you again Heather for doing a wonderful job. God bless you and your family.

Marco's Pizza headquarters has been contacted by myself two times and no response. They recently changed their website: prices do not match the stores price, new website is not allowing you to choose certain ingredient changes on sauce stating you have met your limit, no option for Dr. Pepper when available, and many other reasons. I have tried to contact them with no response. The location I order from is great, but the issues should be taken up with their HQ which I have not been contacted back who oversee the franchise owners. I would not support any new franchise owners investing in this company.

the restaurant at 4001 Green Oaks Blvd in Arlington Texas is great the people are great and the pizza is great too. what sucks is the new ordering system you put in it will not update passwords or recognize returning email addresses. no automated ordering allowed. the team at above shop is very gracious about taking orders. despite the obvious issue with the ordering system. you need to get this fixed soon or you will be losing customers.

I went to the Marco’s in Vidalia, Georgia. My husband and I are truck drivers. We ordered two steak and cheese sandwiches, and all we got was a bread sandwich with very little meat only enough meat to add together to make not even a half of a full steak and cheese sandwich. I’ve been calling customer service since September 7 and nobody seems to want to get back to me. I’ve been calling customer service since September 7 and nobody seems to want to get back to me. Very poor customer service. Very poor customer service. !! Never again will I walk into a Marcos!!!! And I will definitely let all my friends and family, and everyone else I meet about the poor service and customer service!!!!

Constantly talking directly over the food. The person making the pizza not wearing gloves or a hair net. Walking around drinking soda in the prep area. Please see my one star review of the Greenville Ohio store for details. I'm leaving the parent company this one star review for the way the customer satisfaction survey is set up. I tried to do the survey online as requested by the store but all it does is transfers me to an order screen and wants me to order...how convenient.An order that if placed,I'm sure would be late cold and underdone from the Greenville Ohio store.

We would love to write this on behalf of the owner of your Grafton, Ohio 44044.This guys goes above and beyond great customer service!!We recently had a get well party for our grandson who was having a big surgery. (decompression of the brain). His parents were gonna serve pizza so my husband went to Bob Kois the owner and ask if they could get a discount since they needed to order quite a few pizza’s. He donated all of the food for free!! This meant so much to my grandson’s parents!! This gentleman is one of a kind.!! I wish all places were this kind!! My husband and I will always be a loyal customer to this Marco’s!! As well as our whole family!!

Marco’s Pizza on 5203 Eisenhauer Rd, Ste 121, San Antonio, TX 78218 was the worse experience I had ever experienced!We ordered delivery and it was over an hour past our scheduled delivery! I called and talked to the manager "Brie" and she was rude and just kept providing me with excuses on why the food was late and how it was it wasn’t her fault! Brie is extremely rude and used profanity over the phone which was uncalled for, I was extremely disappointed with the customer service with this establishment! There are plenty of other pizza options to go too, Marcos has lost out business!

Store #3616 order #55 and 67 Never got order, delived somewhere else..spoke to Frederick he said he was the manager, he said he would send new pizza out since it was delivered somewhere else, one hour later called and it was never sent out, he hung up on me when I said that I wanted to cancel the order after 2 tries within 2 hour timeframe..He called me 10 minutes later stating he wanted to give me a store credit since he didn't know how to do a refund it told him I wanted a refund not credit, I'll make sure corporate is aware and also my credit card will be advised of the problem.

This company has a terrible website and app. On the off chance that you can log into your account, the loyalty points may or may not show up correctly, and it does not even show up all of the pizza options that they have. Also, there doesn't appear to be any help desk, chat, email address, etc. to contact for help with the app/website.

The Aiken Marcos !!!!! Amanda was so rude as hell I asked her about the delay on the app she goes to ask me about my job app. I immediately gave her an attitude since she wanted to be a smart mouth. Then had the audacity to say she gone call the cops after I held the window to see what was really up because all she had to say was she was training and it was gonna be a delay. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL. She shoved my pizza towards me. I will be returning back and I want to see if she has that same energy.

I earned the $10 off reward and had a free cheese bread coupon but for some reason my loyalty rewards are zero?? I have the emails to confirm the rewards but when I put the numbers in it says the reward is invalid. What happened to my Marco's account?? Tried to call the corporate number but only get an answering machine. Can someone please help? :-(
