“Husband picked up Christmas 2023 holiday dinner meal special. Selected 8 pound bone in sliced spiral ham, 2 Tuscan broccoli casserole and 2 everything baked potato casserole as starter for our dinner. It was very tasty, the ham was caramelized, sweet and salty but not too salty, tender, not too fat, just enough for a wonderful taste. The potato casserole subtly smoked with all the toppings, delicious and better the next day. The Tuscan broccoli is to die for. The entire meal was worth it. The Tuscan broccoli will become a holiday tradition and staple.”

“I pre-ordered a 3-4 pound beef tenderloin to make beef wellington. The lady on the phone took time to explain the pricing. I also ordered bones for beef stock. The tenderloin came trimmed and it was an amazing cut of beef. Thank you. The bones were perfect for stock. The staff was so friendly on pick up, our daughter and son picked it up and commented to me. Thank you for outstanding service and meat.”
