This is a terrible pharmacy and I can see from the other reviews it has been for years. Went to pick up 2 prescriptions after confirming receiving the ready message at home. Only 1 was ready and was told the other was out of stock until after 2 the next day. When I asked about another Meijer I was told to buy it over the counter. The next day Meijer said again it wouldn't be ready after 2 again the next day. When I arrived on the 3rd day, I was at first told it still wasn't ready. Now here we are a week later, getting calls about a 3rd prescription we knew nothing about.

If I could give zero stars I would . Beyond terrible pharmacy and incredibly rude staff. Definitely choose a different pharmacy not worth your time

love this pharmacy all the staff are kind and helpful, they have been doing great considering the recent rite aid closures and busy vaccine season!

The absolute worst pharmacy we have ever been to in our life.
Long story short. Kids sick. RX got sent over about an hour prior to going. Wife had kids in car already and went to pick up. They told her it would be a few hours. She drove home (10 mins) as soon as she walked in the door got a notification that ONE was ready. 5 minutes later got a notification saying the SECOND one was ready. A few hours… try less than 20 minutes. So now she has to load the car back up with the sick kids and drive and pick these up. Y’all should be ashamed of your god awful customer service. You see the DOB on the script and see it’s for a BABY. You could have told her to hang tight for 20 minutes but instead yall want to play games. It would be one thing if this was a first time occurrence but between our family of 5 this is the THIRD time this has happened. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Meijer pharmacy SUCKS.

The pharmacy manager and counter employees need to get some basic customer service skills and accountability. It happens more often than not that you call to CONFIRM your prescriptions are ready for pickup and when you arrive, you're told "Sorry, we're out of stock, try again in two days." Manager's need to have some accountability or they're going to end up like Rite Aid.

DEVON the pharm tech is JUST RUDE, UGLY and MISERABLE person. Just went through pharmacy about had it with these people.Transferring all my prescriptions including my family to a different pharmacy. Meijers suck!

I've tried their pharmacy two different time. And they're absolutely terrible. They charge you for stuff that you don't even pick up yet and then you can't get it refilled because supposedly they've already filled it for you. You go there to pick up scripts it's supposed to be ready and it's not. Next thing you know, your dealing with the Dr office, the insurance company AND meijer's at the same time. Now add the fact that I have to send any meds to a new pharmacy because Meijer's Sucks
