Bought a Troy-Bilt 2 cycle leaf blower on 7/31/23. Took in home and put it together on 8/3/23 . Added fuel with appropriate 2-cycle oil to gas ratio. Tried to start the blower using the provided directions for approximately 45 minutes. Waited for it to rest, thought maybe I flooded the engine for 30 minutes. Tried again to start it, and the pull to start cord broke off.Tried to return the blower to Menards on 8/7/23. They said since I put fuel into it and could not return it —even though there return policy states it can be returned in seven days if fuel is used. Spoke to a couple of customer service employees and a supervisor. They referred me to a repair service that handles warranty items, and since they would not return it I took it to have it repaired.The repair service has had the blower since 8/7/23 and today is 9/18/23. Still not repaired, or even replaced at this point. It’s going on six weeks since I purchased, and I still don’t have a leaf blower I paid $180 for and have never been able to use. Unacceptable.Response: You can follow your own company policies that are clearly posted at your customer service desk, but still ignored.

I spent over $3000.00 dollars, set up a delivery for my roofing materials. The girl that set it up told us it would be delivered late morning to early afternoon. 7:30 am the truck shows up. I was first delivery. I still needed to move a couple things in my driveway. I go to move my car and not once has my Honda ever had a dead battery. Trunk got popped somehow so light was on all night. By the time I got my jumper pack the driver set the materials behind my car and blocked me in. As I look around there he goes driving away. About 2 hours later he comes back and lets me get my car out. Worst part is the girl behind the counter says to the management, I never told him when it would be delivered. Don't you think I would of had everything moved if I knew my materials were arriving at 7:30am. So I was insulted to by basically being called a lier. Menards may have lower prices but that directly reflects the Quality of the employees they hire.

Employees are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Any one I have ever asked a question not only assisted immediately but walked me to the appropriate area of the store.

I am an apprentice in the Carpenters Program and I came here with a short list of required tools for my first set of classes. A woman asked me if I need help finding anything. I showed her my list and told her I just needed a few more items. She laughed at me every single time I asked about an item on my list; super rude and unprofessional. I ended up telling her I didn’t need her help anymore and left shortly after that. I’ll get the rest of my supplies elsewhere and I will never come here again. Menards do better at training your employees.

I like Menards better than Home depot or Lowes. The only difference is the garden section is kinda weak compared

This place is the nicest home store. Employees are all around and happy to help. This time there were bottles of complementary hand sanitizer. GG.

It's exactly what you would expect out of a Menards. I've never had an issue with anything being out of stock. Always lots of good snacks. It's never super busy, plenty of parking. The employees I've interacted with have been friendly. The bathrooms are a bit worn but never dirty.

Gavin in cabinets was F******* AMAZING! I would highly recommend that you go see him. Even if it's just for a quote. He's getting my business. Not sure if that is good or bad for him.
