The gentleman at the counter was efficient, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and did NOT try to force me to spend more money than i needed to, or buy something different than what I wanted, which has been my experience at every other T-Mobile store in the past.

This place is a scam. Every single time I go into the certain metro, the exact same bigger employee is always trying to get me something other than what I payed for. I wanted to go and get a iPhone 7+ at the time and they said they didn’t have any so I’m thinking “ok I’ll just go to a different one” this employee offers me a iPhone 6 for the same amount, and I said I didn’t want it because that seemed like a rip off to me. Soon another employee came out with the iPhone 7+ and I then made my order extremely confused. Where they just trying to rip me off, or scam me? Seems like it. Other than that this place is okay. But be careful.
