There is a lady in there who does not know what she's doing . I wanted to make a payment in cash and since I had cash and not a credit card she had to call customer service smh . I left went to a different one and within seconds my cash payment was made and accepted. Two minutes later I got my confirmation. Never going there again !!! I think her name was Mikayla.

I have went to the store in the past since it's right here by my house and I've been a Metro customer for years I used to be a customer at the store on laskey and Tasha and Ryan always help me out now Tasha has moved to this Monroe Street store and I am so very glad because she is absolutely awesome ,super knowledgeable, super friendly

New ownership and new young lady Tasha working here! I came in last month to get a new phone and Tasha was very helpful. She gave me the best deal than any other store would have. She showed me many phones and went over all the specs on each. She is very knowledgeable. She was honest, polite, answered all my questions, knew her stuff! Just wanted to share my experience with Tasha and the new ownership at this location! This is the store I will be coming to from now on! Great job!

Came in for the $40 plan with a free phone. The lady behind the counter decided to add premium service and pick a different plan for us. (w/o consent) She also padded her pocket by throwing on an extra $30 for herself. This is fraud and she's the only one behind the counter and their phone just rings and rings. Do NOT trust them with your business.

I bought a phone and went back next day because it wasn't a 5g phone that i wanted and returned the phone. I bought another phone that was 5g. Found out that i was charged twice and went back the same day because other metro pcs stores sold the same phone, with all the upgrades at half the price. I told the owner that i wanted a refund and he rudely refused and said that i will not get any refund and it was his store policy. I called metro customer service and they said that i should have received a full refund because of "Metro promise". If a customer is not 100% satisfied there is a full 30 day refund. I filed a complaint and disputed the charges. Beware of this store, they are crooks. DO NOT GO THERE!! The owner owns another store....find out where it is and do not go there!! There are honest metro pcs stores and they wont scam you. They should not be in business. BEWARE!!!!!

Had a terrible experience at this Metro. I feel like I was completely ripped off on an iPhone XR ,paying $650 for it. Most phone stores will throw in a screen protector with the phone after a big purchase, but not this guy. He ran my credit card again after spending $650 on One phone. Charge me $30 for 2 screen protectors.. and made sure to tell me that that was a good deal ? I then signed my credit card for the sale and left the store. He calls 30 minutes later and says that I need to come back to his store immediately because there's a problem with my card. He never even charged my card i guess the first time, even though I signed a credit card slip for it? .. so I had to go back to get it done. Then the very next day my phone service was shut off and I had to call Metro to straighten it out. These guys don't know what they're doing at all and are con artists. Don't recommend them at all!!! Unless you want to be ripped off and have your phone shut off the next day

Today I wanted to replace the 2nd screen protector I had gotten for my phone (since August)so I decided to get tempered glass this time. I ended up calling 5 stores and striking out before finding this location, so I want to thank the gentleman for having what I needed, and for the product being noticeably better quality, which makes me happy. Not only that, I got it for cheaper than I expected. Satisfied?

I'm warning everyone to stay away from this store.My husband and I went there to get 2 new phones. We left our old phones to transfer info to new phones. When we returned he said he wasn't able to transfer my husband's info. My husband wanted a case for the new phone but the guy said they were out. He said he could order one but my husband would have to pay cash. He charged him $32.03. When my husband handed over the money, the guy tore off a piece of paper and scribbled Moto case $32.03 cash.When we got home we couldn't log into my Meto. Guess what, he didn't complete he should have.We went back the next day but the store was closed.We went to the one on Sylvania Ave and luckily the man behind the counter, Alen, was able to straighten out the mess the other guy made.We showed him the written receipt and he said that looks shady.We will be going back to Monroe St store to get our cash back. My husband bought a case from Alen and it was only $25.00

Horrible horrible horrible, store open suppsley untill 8pm, not closed at 510pm. Called store no answer, waited in parking lot untill 540pm and then left no one was here. No note or anything on door. Would not recommend this store

Horrible. This place took advantage of my elderly father with Alzheimer's. I spent several hours on the phone with Metro trying to rectify this situation, but the problem stems from the store. The store will not answer their phone, so I am not able to solve the problem with the store. This is not an ethical business.
