I went to metro in Teledoe Ohio. I am from Georgia traveling my phone broke when I went the gentleman Leo helped me sooo much he made my experience transfer to a new phone he made feel comfortable in my new purchase.

Went to get my little sisters screen fixed. The person in the store tried bargaining with my mom for nearly an hour to get new phones. After she declined he chooses to tell us he can’t fix the phone and we have to go to another location. My mom changed her mind gives him her card, and he can’t use it. Then tells her to create a chime account??? I said “let’s go”. He proceeds to tell my mom to come back without us so she can get a deal. Calls me a kid (22 years old) and tells me I don’t know anything.
