While I shop at Michael’s frequently, I will not visit this store anymore. After doing a typical in-store pickup, I realized when I got home I was missing an item — that was roughly $4. I immediately called and explained and the girl on the phone who said to come back in and bring the entire order to the desk, which I did at my inconvenience but I was in a rush to finish my project. The manager then proceeded to talk extremely rude to me, and essentially accused me of trying to steal from them — a $4 item. Seriously? I walked out almost in tears due to the way I was treated. I would rather drive to another location than be disrespected.

Still the same dependable craft store they have been for decades. I have notice the quality and variety of some products have diminished. Probably should check thier website to make sure they have what your looking for. Then just buy it and set for pickup.

This is my go to craft supplies place! Michaels seems to be on top of new hobby trends and the needed supplies (it was nice to see book books). They also added a fabric section recently. There are always coupons!!

I enjoy this store but only gave it 4 stars because it took me over 5 minutes to find an employee to assist me. Also, the girl at checkout seemed annoyed that I was paying with cash and not using the self check out, which is credit/debit only.

Cute store with everything you may need. Especially for crafts. Could use another employee or two (waited quite some time to cash out) but once rang up she was very kind and helpful.
