I got to midas at 2:30. The guy told me ,they close at 5:30. He said it would be2 hours, if he could get to me. A guy come in to have them test drive his car and do oil change. They asked for his keys, then asked for mines. They pulled both cars in. The guy walked in 5 minutes after me. I'm also a black man, and the guy came in after, was a white guy. I'm just disgusted.

Back in September I had an oil leak and this Midas charged me $800 for a valve cover replacement. Started leaking again one week later after minimal driving -- paid another $2,800 because they said the oil was leaking from a different portion of the engine. Got a routine oil change 2-3 weeks later and my car died on the Valvoline bay. No battery issues were found. Midas wanted another $1,700 and claimed my oil was still leaking from a different side and my valve cover replacement had failed. I didn't want to authorize that so they started by replacing the valve cover for free (it was under warranty). They assured me there was no transmission leak or AC line leak even though I asked them THREE times that day. Took my car to a different Midas shop and they admitted this Midas likely did faulty work and it appeared they were taking advantage of me. They found no oil leak but did find a significant transmission and AC line leak. They also saw that my oil cap was faulty and that the other store should've recognized that considering they replaced my valve cover TWICE! Then I took my car to a reputable transmission shop and got the lines fixed (they also confirmed there wasn't an oil leak). Low and behold I've had zero issues with my car since dealing with other people. I requested a refund at the beginning of January and have called the store 4-5 times asking for updates. The district manager refuses to get in touch with me and have a conversation. Disgusting un-trustworthy service.

Quick service, got oil changes done for my wife and myself. Very happy with everything from start to finish. One of the days I had scheduled my oil change the day before. The other one I just showed up and they were able to get me in.
