10 stars Scott was by far the best mechanic we’ve ever worked with. He gave us exceptional service and spoke with us for a long time about the 4 hour inspection he did on my car!! He didn’t even charge us! I would never take my car anywhere else. Bringing my car here was the only reason my bad day was made better. I appreciate Scott and Midas here in Toledo. I’m glad I know where to go for any vehicle services.

I would just say the service at midas was more than exceptional. Everyone knows that life gets in the way, however Midas made it possible for me to get my car fixed in a timely manner close to business hours as they were extremely busy I will forever appreciate your business and they have gained a lifetime customer.

I took my vehicle to have my Anti-braking System check. They found nothing wrong with my brakes and 'didn't' charge me for the entire vehicle check!!!
They sent 'photos' of everything they checked... my entire vehicle was inspected and photos sent via text message.
I never seen that before. They are very transparent.
I was reviewing a monitor in the waiting are saw that they let you know up front what parts of the tire is repairable. The outer and inner sides of tire in not repairable. But, I was told by the front counter person, if you buy tires from Midas... they guarantee their tires for a lifetime. Even damage on the inner and outer sides!
Great experience from Midas today!

Was able to make a same day appointment and have my car fixed in a timely manner. People were nice and even took my car for a test drive to make sure it was working well.

They take care of both our cars. Fast, thorough, friendly, and unlike a lot of places, I don’t feel taken advantage of. Honest and all around GREAT staff!!!
