Seems like a good company but in today’s market if you are looking for a 15 year fixed rate you may not want to go with them. From April to November they went from being able to do a 15 and now they were not able to give us one after we had already agreed on a 15 year fixed. Communication was not great either but that could just depend on who you worked with in the company.

I worked with Ryan Pataky at Midwest. Five thumbs up. He was great to work with. Ryan explained every step of the process in detail every step of the way. I was comfortable calling him with all my crazy questions and he was always available, anytime of the day. I still call Ryan for answers to my questions. He is a great lender and an awesome guy. I could not have been happier with my experience and Midwest Mortgage and Ryan allowed me to feel 100% comfortable with my decisions.

Can't say enough good things about Bruce and Midwest Mortgage Investments. As first time buyers they kept our nerves to a minimum and they couldn't be more transparent. Bruce was very accessible, we could call, text or email at any time and he was quick to respond. We highly recommend them and will be sending anyone we know looking for a home loan to them!

I’m sure I can speak for my husband as well, when I say that we could not have asked for a better team when searching for our first home. Charles was not only attentive, quick to answer questions (even when some were probably stupid, haha), but he was personable and so helpful and reassuring through the whole process. Bill was so amazing. He took time to explain things and answer my questions as a new home buyer.
