Customer service: chola was fantastic. The wash was terrible. Went through twice and still left with a dirty truck. Bottom of fenders were dirty still, rocker panels were still dirty, side vents were still dirty... after two washes... definitely not worth paying the premium price...Service: Auto detailing

This place is legit ? being an unlimited member you have access to extra detailing supplies. Clean rags, multiple chemicals in spray bottles and compressed air along side the vacuum. I like that they have a wash station for mats and the carpet beater is a time saver. Coming here keeps me focused on cleaning. I don't have to wash my own rags, staff is always friendly, and the car is clean. Thank you. Shout out to Dallas. She helped me out in a tough situation and kept us a loyal customer.

I'm from Detroit and hadn't found a car wash yet, so I did a Google search and found Minute Man. Thus far, I'm extremely impressed. I signed up for the monthly service with Ana, and she was such a gem. She was more than what I could have expected. Her assistance was so great that I ASKED HER was there anywhere I could rate her beautiful customer service. It didn't stop there, every single attendant I encountered was courteous and pleasant. I am from out of town but popped in to have my car washed and vacuumed because they off free vacuums and supplies. Well I made a mistake by locking my keys in the car!!! Amanda their worker went above and beyond! She let me use her phone, called a locksmith company and offered me to wait in their air conditioned office. I am grateful. I always have a great experience at this car wash. Anya is by far the best employee, she goes above and beyond, and is very attentive. She knows how my specific request, and always give a heads up to the gentlemen controlling the tunnel. I had a wonderful experience at this car wash. I decided to go on a rainy and cold day (less busy then) & a worker by the name of Kristopher kindly offered to clean my floor mats for me! He did an excellent job!Highly recommend this business!

Everyone is very friendly and helpful! I love the services and very convenient spot when driving home. What sold me on the membership was the fact that my 2year old son recognizes this car wash and he knows he’s able to get a piece of candy every time we stop by. He also loves all the decorations and live music during the warmer weather. While $20 a month for a piece of candy here and there is pricey. It’s worth every penny for a clean car and a happy toddler.
