My mother was visiting from Florida and experienced a problem , we were able to be seen quickly and her hearing aids were sent in to repair - the office staff and Lauren - all were helpful and knowledgeable. This was around the thanksgiving holiday and we experienced no problems- thank you!

Lauren is so professional and personable! She has went above and beyond for us during this process. She addresses and answers all questions, and is very knowledgeable. We will be coming to see her for a long time. So glad we got my mother into miracle ears hearing aids. 10/10 recommend Lauren. She exceeded all our expectations.
