Everything was good, Dave and Ric paid attention to my concerns. I had been going to Goodyear across the street for years, they closed. The work was done and the price fair. My only concern was I made an appointment for 9:am. I picked it up at 4. I guess I thought the appt. meant it would get started about that time. But I do know they were busy. So over all I was happy. I will use them again.

Highly recommend giving Rick Lawrence or any staff member at this location a call for auto needs. Rick always goes out of his way to make sure your auto needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner.

On my birthday, my power steering suddenly went out they told me they could take me same day. I had just gotten my car serviced elsewhere not long before (less than two weeks) and they failed to tell me that my serpentine belt was worn down. This place was amazing at communication, and compassion. They were able to fix my car same day (though I don’t expect that happens all the time) and allow me to continue with my plans, just a bit delayed. I will only be coming here from now. Also, to empathize how amazing they are, I accidentally dialed the number briefly a week after my visit here, and hung up after one ring. They still reached out after the fact to check in on the call. They are super responsive, caring, and considerate.

Excellent service!!! This shop has taken exceptional care of my various vehicle repairs multiple times now and they absolutely go above and beyond to provide timely repair services!!! I highly recommend this shop for their auto and tire services in which I have had both auto repairs and tire replacements/service here. They are professional and very knowledgeable and experienced. The shop is clean if you wait for your repair. Prices have been very fair!! I have even had extremely helpful same-day services to my vehicle!! Phone conversations throughout the entire processes kept me posted on any changes in what my vehicle needed. I am an extremely satisfied customer who will definitely be back for routine maintenance services and other repairs or tire needs!!

They went above and beyond, to resolve a overheating problem with my car. Extra thanks to Rick for all his care and concern. I'm 68 years old, and he made sure my car was in good working condition when I left Monro Auto on W. Alexis and Jackman roads. Thanks again.

This place is the best!! Tried 3 other local tire shops & their customer service was awful... showed up here on a busy Friday & the girl up front was the exact opposite, made me feel like family ? Got me in immediately with a way better price than their rude competitors & my car is driving better than ever!!! Highly recommend!!

Called with feedback regarding the Monroe Tires on Byrne and Heatherdowns as they were closed on Sunday even though I had email confirmation of my appointment for an oil change. There was no one there to answer the door I received no email back or text messages saying we are closed for the day so I literally wasted over a half hour driving between locationsThe location on Alexis was excellent and I will return again

Rick L. was so much help, I won’t go see anyone else again. Rick is a straight shooter, told me what my car needed and didn’t try to pressure me into unnecessary repairs. Great experience
