Went to Monro for an alignment for my new front tires and found out I should have bought the tires there! They had better prices and alignment was included. They took great care of me, were done on time, and explained how I could have saved money. I will go there when I need rear tires for sure! Thanks Monro downtown Toledo!!

Had a tire emergency on the freeway and was towed to Monro. They got me in and out fairly quickly for it being a busy Saturday afternoon. Dave at the counter was very friendly and helpful!!

I had a tire replaced in Clarkston Mi on my motorhome and stopped here. Julius Turner came out and verified the torque on the lug nuts to ensure a safe trip. Thank you very much.

Was passing thru Toledo on a 3k mile drive and had a rattle in my car and needed to get back on the road to continue my journey - they got me in first thing in the morning - got my issue fixed right away and had me back on the road by 9:30 so I could do the next 1200 miles of my trip. Amazing staff - amazing service - great care and attention and really appreciated their help in getting me moving quickly and back on my journey. Thanks for everything

Left vehicle for Headlamp assembly replacement estimate, Oil Change and Tire Patch at 1pm. Didn’t get the vehicle until after close (near 9pm) and waited in the office nearly 2 hrs after recommended arrival time.
In addition, the shop wrote an estimate for a headlamp assembly replacement which was $450 for 2.5 hrs of labor. Had a collision place do the replacement for $125 in less than 1 hr. Quite unfair pricing imo.
FINALLY, tire patch was put on, and I was lied to. They stated that the puncture was in a location that would require me to replace the tire. Claimed the patch would give out in 3 days, and was dangerous to drive on. It’s now been over a month and no issues. I just think they wanted to sell me a tire, and were fear-mongering.

I tried to use my oil change voucher that I purchased on Groupon for $69.99. When I arrived to use my voucher, I was told that the voucher was just a discount and I still needed to pay $48 on top of the Groupon price, which makes oil changes at Monroe auto service the most expensive oil changes in the area. The representative told me that the fine print does say that there may be additional fees. Additional fees are usually less than $10. I was never thinking anywhere near $50. Please do not use a Groupon for Monroe auto service. The Groupons are very misleading.
