Of course, as many may believe also, I only planned for a short-term need. I rented at S. Reynolds Rd maybe five years or so - initially a cc large unit, then a smaller cc unit. They were both clean, as were the public spaces. I never had concerns with my safety there or my items being compromised, billing or management. When facility mgt changed, and items were needed that had not been originally requested, home owners insurance docs, new staff were courteous, offered explanation and was always willing to accommodate if requested. The move in- out-process was seamless. If a billing adjustment was needed for your "birthday" ot was handled efficiently. When I 1st move in, I had new furniture delivered there so, didn't need take advantage of the free van use offer. However, a few years later when I did and mgt had charged, I explained the situation and was permitted to use the van for free. Just a good experience with this facility and staff.

The first place I thought of when I needed storage. Previously used prior to the purchase of my home 4 years ago.
New manager but STILL the Same Exceptional Service.

I’m so pleased that I chose this location! Representatives are kind & professional. I’m very happy with the easy order of navigating in & out especially the cleanliness & the easy access & availability to a dumpster should I need to throw away something.Not to forget the discounted rate.

The facility is very clean, but my things were not protected. The police told me that the facility had someone break into 11 different units. One of those units belonged to me and my children. They took all of our shoes and clothes, and the company never called or emailed me about anything, and this happened Memorial weekend!
