Their "fast" is ridiculously slow, and wholly overpriced. I was paying $60 a month for 32 mbps speed. When I moved to a new zip code, that would have dropped to 12- for the same price. The only thing positive I could say about them is that they're reliable, which I needed, working remotely. Price-gouging OAN funding creeps, but reliable. Corporate America at its finest.

I had internet service moved from an old location to a new one. It worked for two days. An error in their system caused my service to be disconnected. When I called in to get it fixed, they told me that I would have to wait a week to get service again, that I would be paying for service during that week, and that they were raising the price $10 per month. \\\"There's nothing I can do, and there is no one else you can escalate to.\\\"
