The staff is decent, the light skinned lady was kind to my daughter and I. The selection sucks, the prices are high, the locked items make it a hassle to shop there. I waited to get my items unlocked, the worker took my items to the checkout, long story short they didn't get rung up. I realized it when I got home, I'm not going back. I'll drop in there if it's a emergency but I'm going to try to buy the things I need online.

Great selection, low prices and the staff is helpful. My only complaint is that you can no longer try on wigs due to, what else but Covid19! I'm getting pretty fed up with every business using covid as an excuse for asinine things. They have tester makeup to try on but don't allow people to try on wigs. Where's the logic???

You have to find a clerk to unlock any thing you want to buy. Every thing has a lock on it. Kind of a hassle. But what can I say. If you want to shop there thats the way it is.
