The store is always clean, nicely arranged, and the donated items are in good shape. The staff are friendly, helpful, and an absolute joy, making everyone feel welcome. Prices are reasonable and super fairly priced with very often sales. There is always something to find, making for a fun experience.

I bought a really nice white recliner that was used and they only wanted $40. It was a little stained but extremely nice still and the Ladies helped me load it and everything love this place

This store is so clean and organized that, even when I donate, I find myself wandering
around afterwards. The folks who do all that sorting and organizing are very kind and congenial.

The staff is friendly and helpful and there's a lot to go through. Some gems and some junk but always a fun experience at NLR.
