He walked me through not only his company's website but that of his wholesale supplier. We picked an item substantially more durable than, but competitively priced with, the inferior products offered by Costco and office max. He then ordered the floor protector and, a few days later, hand-delivered it, gratis, to my house. The only reason for the four-star rating, rather than five-star, is because their website is not that great. Nonetheless, I recommend these people without reservation.”

“Amazing customer service! Thank you Mike!I replaced the carriage belt on our Designjet 500 plotter. Once I put the plotter back together, I kept getting an error code regarding the 3 different printheads. After reseating them a few times and cleaning them, the errors went away on 2 of the printheads but the yellow printhead still had issues. I called Mike to order another printhead and told him my story. He suggested that I trim about 1/32 of an inch of my carriage ribbons... IT WORKED!What great customer service. Rather than selling me a printhead, he wanted to understand my problem, and then he gave me a solution over the phone! I didn't purchase anything at the store, but Erie Ink has a future customer!”
