“Richard the manager was extremely helpful and even reached out by email to ensure I didn’t have a bad experience at OfficeMax in Toledo. I previously gave a 2 out of 10 but only because the Epson ink cartridge I bought malfunctioned and I got a generic response from them instead of reaching out to OfficeMax but they replaced it so hopefully the new one works because Epson customer service wasn’t helpful.”
