One Stop Storage has been a great experience for us. We moved downtown and the space is very convent. The space is clean, heated with very easy access. The rental process was very easy online. We are waiting for our home to be built so we will be there for a bit and we have no concerns that our furniture will suffer any damage. Happy 😃

Awful service, they don’t have an people in the office because they are too cheap to hire a manager, the people on the phone doesn’t help you in your move out, I called to notify my move onto and now they asking for a picture of my empty unit even though I called telling them I’m out and they have cameras to see that my storage was empty for more than a month. They charged me an extra month and they don’t even have anyone at the office to avoid the customer paying an extra month. Do not recommend, there’s better services for less money. Also downtown is full of rats and they are not exempt from the rat infestation.

At first I was frustrated because they no longer have an on site manager BUT after talking to Ms Amy I am very satisfied. She is awesome, very helpful, and she explained to me the phone problems that they were having this morning.I will refer them to others :)

The facility is newer and kept clean and has more than enough lighting. I have had nothing but the most professional service in my dealings with the office. Ron takes the time to listen to my situation and works through a solution. He has been extremely patient, professional, and great to deal with. If your searching for a storage unit I highly recommend you start here.

Nice storage facility in convenient location. I appreciate the ongoing personal service that Ron offers. The office hours seem to be a bit limited, the restrooms are locked, and dollies are unavailable outside of office hours but it's an easy work-around. Thank you!

I was looking for a storage unit for my mom's belongs so that I can go through them indoors and out of the elements of the weather. The units are a good size, conveniently located downtown and it is climate controlled, that helps if u have to be there a while. Nice and clean indoor unit.
