I have been a customer of O'Reilly Auto Parts for many years. Most recently I purchased brake pads, rotors, and calipers. Everything I needed was in stock and reasonably priced (based upon prices obtained from two other stores). I was unable to have these installed, as the weather was below freezing, so I needed to return everything I had purchased. The clerk was very understanding, and I was refunded in full with no restocking fee. I will continue to use O'Reilly Auto Parts for any automotive needs.

Staff was not welcoming at all. 2 staff members helping one guy who walked in 30 seconds before me, the other staff member was busy in the back. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes and not a word said to me. I went over to look for a car battery and didn't see the one in the racks that was for my wife's car, so back to the counter for 2 more minutes with no hello be right with you so I left.

A great place for practicing sign language since the lady behind the counter can't even reply with words. Went in asking for something, said hi and greeted the female employees who did not reply and simply pointed to the section I was interested in. As I didn't find what I was looking for and decided to exit, I thanked her and yet again no response. I guess this is the new customer service style we need to get used to.

They were pretty helpful when getting my break pads. They made it a pretty quick trip. The lady had trouble finding something in a the computer which was slightly inconvenient but not that bad. Even offered to carry the rotors out to my car.

My oil light came on. John helped me by checking my oil. He put the correct amount in and told me I needed a new dip stick. Mines was broken from a previous oil change at Walmart. He was so helpful and friendly. John was very knowledgeable about my engine and how to care for it. Thank you sooo much!

Absolute worst customer service ever the gentleman might question and question me over a quest for finding a cheaper price on oil I showed him several ones and finally found the competitor to say that you have it in stock and it's far from my home. He said OK K that I'll match him because quit and we got it in stock so Nick the bigger black gentleman claimed he didn't have it in stock but he did have instructs so I have 3 other people or he doesn't deal with Myers isn't a competitor Myers is not a competitor Walmart is not a competitor everybody in your world is a competitor Mr. Nick o'reilly's should not be allowed to work there if hes going to act like this to customers

O'Reilly's is the place I prefer to go to get the stuff I need for my car's, the people that work there are always nice and helpful
