Went to the mall with my sister to see what they could do to help replace a small diamond that had fallen out. And the associate was very rude and unprofessional. She acted like she hated her job. Told my sister she would give her a “courtesy replacement” when the ring was only wore for ONE month. Very disappointed in her customer service and ANNOYANCE with customers.

This is just a suggestion: when placing & paying for an order online, the Pandora store NEEDS a “express lane” to be able to pick up the orders that are paid for. I waited behind about 20-25 people today & the line hardly moved. After 30 minutes I had to leave because this time of year is crazy busy for me (and everyone!). I’ll try again tomorrow.

Sales were okay, customer service was terrible. Had to wait in line behind 30 shopping customers when my order had already been placed and confirmed ready for pickup. Will not shop this location again.

Went in earlier to get fitted for a new bracelet. My old one has gotten tight on me due to baby weight gain… sales associate said they don’t have ANY in stock… I used to work at pandora for 2 1/2 years & we never did not have any bracelets available for customers to purchase… it was odd.. hoping to get the help I need somewhere else who actually has them in stock.

I took my granddaughter to purchase a ring for her birthday and the clerk was horrible! She proceeded to tell us we picked out her least favorite ring in the store! She was very mean!

They don't allow you in the store to look around unless accompanied by a sales person. And they weren't even friendly.

I had a really nice and memorable experience here. I’m not sure of the guys name that helped my boyfriend and I, but it was my first bracelet for our anniversary and he made it super easy to understand how it works etc. will be back here to purchase some more charms. Thank you again

Wonderful Pandora customer service woman, Natasha! She is very knowledgeable and friendly. Will talk to you the whole time, doesn't push anything on you. Does a wonderful job all around. Tales care of her customers that come back to her. I love her! I would tell anyone to go to Pandora just to see her.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Pandora. The wonderful lady who helped me expressed that it was only her second day and she ROCKED it! She helped me choose a set of rings that I absolutely ADORE and she made the whole process super easy and memorable. I believe her name was Cam and she was awesome! Shoutout to Nick too, he helped Cam offer us beautiful options and was willing to help me even though I was very indecisive. Overall, a great experiencenot badly priced :)

Franklin park mall sucks management has no empathy I did a return could’ve even get my cash back had to get store credit instead Do spend your money here their jus looking to take advantage they don’t even respond to e-mails buy from Jared instead
