“I need to take this opportunity to thank the wonderful (and I mean WONDERFUL) people at Paws and Remember Pet Crematory. Zoe's death was totally unexpected, in the middle of the night and up in MI. We took her with us and drove the 3 hours back to Toledo (arriving at 7 am) as we wanted no one but Todd Parker, the remarkable Facility Director and Operations Manager of Paws, to take care of her. He met us there and his compassion for our loss and devastation was such a comfort. We've used them with our other babies. Todd will come to your house . Vet pick up is every 2-3 days, not once a week as with other services (I simply can't even think of my beloved pet being in a cooler until a vet's weekly pick up) Turnover is 3 days or fewer and home delivery is an option. The owner Steve Turner has built this company based on trust and integrity. If you know Steve, you'll know why.”

“We stopped in as we were passing by the area. We like to check out random (non-chain) pet stores and shops when traveling. Really cool little place, down-to-earth staff, eager to help out. The pig that lives in the store is vocal and sweet and a bit bossy, we were told, and Peapod the Amazon was friendly and talkative, but read his sign, he's a biter! If we were more local, we would likely make this our go-to store as they carried every brand we give our pets, and at the same or better prices than what we pay now. Great shop with a lot to offer and worth checking out despite the area having a bit of an uneasy feeling to it. 5 stars without question.”

“I had a great experience at PetPeople when I went in to get both of my dogs nails trimmed. The private grooming bays at the back of the store were large and clean, and the associate that did the nail trim was helpful and did a good job. I could tell that both of the associates working were huge animal lovers. Additionally, during the nail trim the associate noted that one of my dogs back feet did not need trimmed so she only charged me half price for my dog which was greatly appreciated. I will definitely be going back for all future nail trims as the process was quick, easy and competitively priced.”
