I have never been treated so poorly nor felt so disrespected as I did trying to shop for 2 pleco fish for my 55 gallon and 75 gallon tanks at this location today. The employee obviously did not want to retrieve the fish out of the aquariums for me to sell them to me so instead he decided to play 50 questions about my knowledge and ability to to raise aquarium fish. I am 57 years old and have been in the aquarium hobby pretty much since I was 12 years old and definitely do not like being questioned or queried about my hobby or knowledge from an employee who is supposed to simply get me my products and send me on my way and has zero knowledge himself about the fish he is even selling me to begin with. To make matters worse the manager, Jennifer, sided with the employee and joined in on his 50 questions quest about my aquariums that I purchased from them...in my home. The end result was I got furious over being treated like I am an uneducated American moron who has no clue about his lifelong hobby by two store employees who have absolutely little or no knowledge whatsoever about the animals they purchase in bulk from overseas. Their store aquariums have sick and dying fish and have about 30 fish or more to each 5 and ten gallon aquarium along with a super infestation of snails in every single tank. Yet my 4 fish pet tank was their main concerns and since I refused to answer their personal questions about what was in my home aquariums, they refused me service. This is the only pet store in all of Toledo that has ever treated me this way over purchasing fish. I will never shop at any petsmart ever again for the remainder of my life and time in this hobby.

Love the items in this store, but the employees in the fish section are not friendly, and just make you feel so stupid!!! Will not be going back to this store for any sort of aquarium purchase.

This pet store has a nice variety of pet supplies. They just need to get better lighting throughout this location. But my favorite one is the Holland, OH location on Airport Hwy.

It's a typical PetSmart. Very easy pickup for online orders, and the people working there are always nice. For some reason my dog flips out whenever I bring him in there, I don't know if it has too many good smells, So he stays in the car when I pick up his food.

It's a good place to meet. Food is good, self serve is their preferred chose for you, sitting arrangement is nice.

I would like to say I really like this place it is clean. I took my dog for a bath and haircut and you should ask for Brittany she did my dog very very well I have never seen my dog this happy after a haircut I highly recommend going to this place.
