I was here and I got in line and there was a lady filling out a deposit slip With a worker and she was not done. I walked in and I walked straight in line and she basically cut in front of me because she said she was in the building before I was and no one stopped her and that was so unprofessional now I have to wait and I’m irritated. I will never come here again. I will go to another PNC. This is when I usually go to, but I’m not come back here ever again. I have been here numerous times usually when I get text from my stepdad and I told the lady, but she’s not listening. I know you try again. I told the lady to call my stepdad, but then she act like she didn’t have to do that until the last minute and then she tried to call him once and I told her to call again. I’m not waiting any longer. I want to get out of here like I don’t understand this place.

First time going to this location and last! there was a heavy set lady there, that was so rude she seem to have an issue with me withdrawing a large amount of my own money from my account, she literally called over other bank tellers to ask why would she take all of this out, not friendly at all, that experience today, makes me want to switch banks!

One the worst banks I every did business with! When I get an overdraft I will all ready be at work and can not make cut off time at 10pm and I explain to them 1 to many times I go to lunch at 10pm and will not make it to ATM in time and they still charge me for over draft fee and will not refund it! The last over draft fee was my last! I was respectful no cursing and gave them a piece of my mind and they call cops on me they came to house and me and the cops had a little laugh why would they call them out to my home saying I was in trouble which I wasn't! THIS BANK IS SHADY! I DO NOT RECOMMEND NO ONE DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD!

This PNC is so trash fire everybody man all I needed was a new debit card they told me to come in 5 days later I drove to secor PNC they make it the same day

Usually they answer the phone. I'm trying to call right now about an important issue with my card and they hang up after they have me on hold for 10 minutes. Twice. You don't even get a chance to talk to anyone. I'd give zero if I could.

Had 16,000 available and wouldn't let me withdraw $12,000 I desperately needed. Told me to use my debit card. Been with PNC for over 19 years, can't wait to switch my direct deposit to a new bank and close this account. With all their branches closing seems like they would value customers, guess not.

If you happen to go to this location and talk to a bank teller from experience i would not work with Sandy, she is very unhelpful and says she will call you back about things and never does. She is very careless when talking to her in person as well. Doesn’t seem to be all that when you are trying to talk about things with her.

You know that 1987 Ford Econoline van that's been parked down the street from your house for years? There is a guy living in that van, bank with him. He is much better than PNC. I have never dealt with such incompetence in the service industry. I honestly don't know how these people find their way home from work. Do yourself a favor, stay away. Lewis location and airport location.

I only use the ATM here but I love it because they don't charge me to withdraw from my child support card AND you can draw out money in $1 increments. This really helps if you need money for something and don't want to stop for change (like to pay a bill or babysitter. )
