No tellers

Whoever thought making this location “virtual” was a good idea made a terrible decision. Avoid this location at all costs. What a joke.

They really are not interested in you or your needs. It's sad because not many years ago this was not true. I highly recommend you use any Bank other than PNC for your financial needs.

It’s all virtual and expect the customer to do their work, just like Lowe’s on Central. Maybe time to take our business elsewhere.

PNC at Central/McCord has opted to go virtual, which means you cannot enter the lobby and conduct banking services with a teller. PNC virtual assistant banking via the drive-through at this location has "connectivity" issues and is unreliable. This is a major inconvenience for customers and you must travel several miles, out of the way, to another location to receive quality banking customer service. If I could give zero stars to this location, I would. I DO NOT recommend this banking institution.

This branch used to be really good. Now it is complete waste of space and time! Absolutely pointless going here unless you using the ATM!

Everyone seemed nice, but I just wanted to open a savings and a lot of the bankers were standing around. They said I needed to make an appointment so I went else where.

Can’t recommend Shawn Standre enough, he helped us throughout all of our banking needs including opening our first bank account, getting a secured credit card and provided assistance regarding loans and credit worthiness.

I give it five stars for the employee Devon. He was a huge help with managing my account and making a deposit for me. Also explained some aspects of the online banking that I didn't quiet understand! Even made copies for me when I requested them. The whole experience was quick and easy because of your employee!

Great experience! Had to help out a family member in need. Bobbi was great. She went above and beyond to help me out. I walked out with everything I needed. Kudos to PNC and Bobbi!

Was told I needed an appointment to have someone removed from an account. After asking about also opening a new joint checking, we were told they're booked today (us 3 were the only customers) and you're able to do it online. You're not able to do it online because your website says it's still under development.Terrible branch. I'll be transferring my accounts elsewhere.

I only go to the bank once a year to get 3 checks cut for my income taxes. Please keep in mind that I have 3 accounts with PNC 2 personal and 1 business. This branch wanted to charge me $10 per check for a cashiers check and $1.50 per check for convenience checks. After I explained that I had all my money in their bank they still refused to give me a break even on the convenience checks. I stormed out. Later that day I stopped at my branch and the manager politely said 'we can waive the charges on convenience checks for you'. Too bad my branch is closing as the manager really knows about customer service and keeping customers happy. My branch on Sylvania Ave across from Fricker's as always been helpful and understanding. Central Ave branch forget about it! They are just about the fees! Time to relocate all my bank accounts again!
