Bernie was awesome!!! I stopped by needing a wire soldered onto the transformer on my amp. He was quick and made a perfect repair!!!!

Couldn't be happier. Very professional and expert, a lifesaver for someone like myself who started questionably collecting vintage synths. A bit of a wait to get things in, but that's because there's nobody else around here that can compete. (Supply and demand lol.) Worth it to have things done right. So glad I found this place.

Called the store on a day they took off for a holiday. I left a message about a turntable I needed to have looked at. PTS called me back the next day saying they don’t work on home audio equipment anymore but walked me through some step to get me going in the right directions. Told me that “advice is always free” and to call back anytime, then gave me the name and number of Allied Record Exchange. This is by far the most help info I had received while trying to fix a vintage turntable. Thanks for the great advice.

Outstanding. Bernie stayed on the phone trouble shooting an amp repair for me for over an hour, and was hospitable and kind throughout. I had never used PTS before, and Bernie charged me nothing for his help. A total class act! PTS will have the rest of my business going forward! Thanks Bernie!

Excellent service! If you take your equipment to Bernie for repair you will be more than happy with the results. He brought my amplifier back from the dead and it sounds great!!!! Absolutely would have him work on my gear again.

Great place! The owner is amazing and has reasonable prices. I highly suggest if you have gear you need fixed. Only catch is he is very busy and can't get thru things very quick, but I firmly believe goof things come to those who wait, so I'm not worried about the wait/backlog he has.

PTS is the place to go for your electronic repairs. They have been in business for years. I had a few items repaired some time ago and they are still working just fine. Highly recommended!!!!!

Bernie is a standup guy who went above and beyond to earn any future business from me! He repaired my QSC TouchMix Mixer. It was my first time doing business with him, so I was a little unsure at first, but I was very pleased with his professionalism, knowledge, technical capabilities, and determination to get the job done right. He was wonderful to work with, and he takes great pride in his work. I could have had service from a local shop, but I was willing to travel 1 hour away because of his professionalism, and I was not disappointed. I highly recommend PTS!

Had a tube amp fail, blowing fuses and not switching out of standby, gave the amp to Bernie and now the amp works better than when I got it, the footswitch has never been operational, now it is. Couldn't be happier. Give him a call very solid work, he's honest and upfront

Top quality work! Bernie makes sure he gets it right, and if he doesn't, he makes every effort to make it right. I took my Casio keyboard here to get some contacts and hammers replaced. When it was returned, there was still an issue with one of the contacts. I called Bernie and he was more than willing to make it right at no extra cost, despite the convoluted construction of the keyboard. Highly recommend!
