My mother's home health experience has been absolutely negligent as no one shows up. She was to have a nurse and PT on a regular basis which is not happening. You have to constantly reach out to the office and beg for callbacks and feel lucky if you do get one, just to be told someone updated the system wrong and the address they have is incorrect(we have no idea why this address is attached to her file as she has never lived in that area, we have also requested the information be updated 3 times) so maybe tomorrow. They had been to the correct address once meaning the correct information is somewhere there. Our family has left a message with corporate and we are in process of filing a complaint with the state medical board and the attorney generals office as she had major back and neck surgery and infection or improper movement could be disabilitating and/or lethal. We had to threaten a lawsuit and going to the news for them to send someone today as it has been days since she has had services

I experienced bait and switch to get a family member in the door. Lack of experience at the executive level, being reactive, not following through on commitments, and dismal communication skills has been my unfortunate experience with one of their facilities.

If you truly believe in taking care of people please tell me why I'm going through multiple surgery's in stead of fixing everything at once is this why you lost the contract with the state

These people let Doctors do what they please to do, as in overprescribing for years and nothing was done about a certain doctor. He was forced into retirement vs. being exposed for the "problem". Very dissatisfied with the way this was left to happen or how it was handled.

My mom arrived to the facility in Greenville South Carolina over 24 hours ago. She came here from a Hospice House. While at the Hospice House she was receiving morphine, steroids, Ativan, Klonopin, breathing treatments and other medications. It took over 24 to receive one breathing treatment and over 28 hours for her to receive one dose of morphine. Morphine opens her airways.Someone suggested I call the administrator of the facility. I did, he called me back he was great he played a big part in my mom receiving her first dose of morphine to open the airways in her lungs. Thank you Jeff!

I have been dealing with the billing department of Promedica since October of 2021 regarding an error they made on the first phone call I had with them. I have spoken to countless indivduals who have transferred me from department to department, given me false information and just kicked the can down the road. I have been on hold for 45 minutes or longer, hung up on, completely ignored when leaving messages for a call back, told I agreed to terms I did not agree to and that I am the one who got the information wrong in the first place. I now have been sent to a collection agency even though I have been making the payments it says owed on the statements I received. I feel as many others have stated that their main concern is money and not patients and would give them a zero star rating if possible.

Billing department is utterly incompetent and the CSRs are mostly designed to get you off the phone - usually with a line, or a lie. We can't get them (after months of trying) to resolve a billing issue of their own making. Meanwhile we have paid more than they show we owe, but they refuse to apply it because of pending insurance issues (which the insurer, Paramount - a corporate cousin, has told us is waiting on records from Promedica - they've asked multiple times for this). I've called them 7 or 8 times and gotten nowhere.Start prioritizing patients over profits and property acquisition and maybe you'd rate better. I even tried submitting a comment through their website and it won't allow you to submit. This is a farce of an organization. My recommendation: Use Mercy - I have no experience with them (yet), but it can't be any worse than the inattention and lack of care we have been getting from this place. I'd give 0 stars if it was possible.

Trying to reach anyone from my doctor's office to your administrative office is horrifically bad. The lack of any customer service abilities or desire to help is a mirror image of a dumpster fire. Wow just trying to speak to anyone from my doctor's office takes days!!!! Please someone reach out to me all I want. Thank you

I came from Florida may of 2019. The first month I'm in st. Charles hospital. After almost getting sepsis. I'm about to sit down with 1,500 page's of records. Maybe 10 trip to MERCYHEALTH SYSTEM. I can't believe the neglegence by not just 1 or 2 specialist but i was seeing 8 specialist. Here it comes as you will see more of me. Promedica has picked up where MERCYHEALTH SYSTEM couldn't or just wouldn't go the extra step it takes to heal any patient. I think Promedica could actually be rated by my experience as good as Cleveland clinic's

Love to see the investment in downtown. I am sure many employees will enjoy residing at The new Marina Loft apartments across the river. Toledo is the place to be!

Cannot get resolution on an account billing. Multiple attempts from myself and insurance agents showing wrong billing amounts have failed to solve issue.
