COUNT YOUR PILLS! I picked up my 90 day prescription today and there was only 12 pills in the bottle. 12 pills, how did they get that so wrong?? I’m lucky it wasn’t a controlled substance or they probably wouldn’t have believed me. Please be sure to check your bottle before you leave.

The pharmacist who worked last Sun. Aug. 6th at rite aid on Navarre Ave was the kindest most helpful person I have ever encountered!

Clean and the employees are kind. It is nice to go into a business where the employees are actually helpful and seem to care about their store. The store is clean and smells nice and clean.

Worst service ever today. Dropped off a script (from the ER) shortly after they opened this morning. It's about 6 hours later and still no meds!Guess when I end up back in the ER due to the infection spreading they will understand that you were too busy to count out 30 antibiotic pills. After all whats the risk of a blood infection compared to your inability to staff your store properly?

Received the Booster Shot. Very easy to schedule appointment online. Many dates and times available. Very friendly, efficient. No waiting. Answered all of my questions.

The most incompetent pharmacy I have ever witnessed. They lost all record of my flu and Covid vaccine that I need for my employer. I have called them over 15 times in one day and no one has answered the phone. One time where the phone was answered. The person hung up. unprofessional and I’m not sure how a chain pharmacy can possibly lose electronic records. I called a different Rite Aid to see if they’ll be able to pull it up and they accused me of lying about getting the flu shot. Ended up having to go in person to find out they misspelled my name and used my first name as my last name

Pharmacy never answers their phone. I have called multiple times through multiple days. My family is supposed to be on automatic refill and delivery... Many meds don't come. I received a text that two prescriptions are ready, they were not delivered. Ready to find a new pharmacy.

Can’t ever get through to the pharmacy it just rings and rings. So I have no choice but to drive up there to reorder my scripts…..very inconvenient Update: 10/14 tried calling and yet again it rings and rings then goes back to the beginning on the automated voice service. Still can’t get ahold of anyone in the pharmacy. Called corporate on this matter and looks like nothing has been done! Anyone else notice all the previous negative reviews on the pharmacy was deleted?! Update October 20th- STILL CANT GET THROUGH TO THE PHARMACY! Have to DRIVE UP THERE TO GET MEDICATIONS FILLED

Let me preface this by saying I DoorDash all over Toldeo and this is the only RiteAid that has denied me the use of its restroom. One employee behind the pharmacy told me, with a bit of attitude, that it isn't for use for the public. When I was checking out at the front I asked the cashier why this is the only RiteAid in Toledo that does this and I was told because people steal and do drugs in the restroom. I said if that's the case then why does any store anywhere offer restrooms to their patrons when they too risk people stealing and doing drugs in the restroom. I think it's all a lie personally. I was even told some one OD'd in their bathroom. So if you go here just make sure you don't have to relieve yourself because you won't be able to. Finally I will say that there is no excuse to turn someone away from using the restroom when every other RiteAid allows it.

Cashier was rude! They had a product on the shelf for $15.99 and the same product on their Rite Aid website for $11.00. I asked if they price match their website and she looked at me and very rudely and with attitude, said \\\"no\\\". I said, \\\"you don't match YOUR OWN website?! And again, very rudely, she said NO! She told me if I wanted to get it off the website, then I should buy it off the website. That's absolutely ridiculous!! So I decided to not get the item and I went to a different store and bought the same item for $8.50 that they were charging $15.99 for!!

Had dose 2 Covid vaccine scheduled automatically after 1st dose they kept emailing and texting about reminder then day of I called pharmacy to see if I could still get the 2nd dose done since I was sick the guy said he don’t recommend it then I said what if my temperature is good he said well are you getting Pfizer or Moderna I said Pfizer he said well we ran out of that try going to the rec center or call around other places then I called today the next day lady said they have not ran out That guy from 10/19/2021 at 1:39pm needs to get fired!!!!!! Lost my business won’t ever go there for anything already scheduled elsewhere I will make sure everybody knows about this!!!
