Many of the previous reviews of this store and pharmacy are not at all positive, so I feel compelled to add my impressions of this Rite Aid location. I love this store! I’ve been a regular customer for quite a while; the location is great and the front-end people are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy staff is also friendly and helpful. I assume that they are understaffed and overworked, as are so many businesses. Yet I have never failed to have my phone call answered and I have never experienced anything other than kind, courteous and helpful service.I recently had a situation I had never experienced before – a medication I was prescribed was unavailable due to a national shortage. When I called, on a weekend, a very helpful pharmacy employee took the time to explain a couple of different solutions and how they could help me solve this problem. Within 24 hours my prescription was filled.It’s possible that this is a simple case of a little respect and consideration go a long way toward a good customer experience.

I waited 9 days for a prescription, a part of it came in, I was going to have 2 more scrips the next day and they told me the last of my script I was waiting for would be in, I called today they gave my script to someone else...THIS IS UNEXCEPTABLE at so many levels.

I can't tell you how many times I've been left without medication because of this pharmacy. If you have medications that your life depends on, I implore you to not use this pharmacy.

got a text that said contact them at my convenience but must be short staffed and highly busy in the pharmacy. i’ve made about 50 calls in the last hour and not a single answer.

I can’t get anyone to answer the phone in the pharmacy!! I call over and over and no one answers I have stage 4 cancer and have many prescriptions half the time I have to go another location because they have my medication in stock… absolutely terrible customer service!

This rite aid store is unbelievable. Front area lady stated pharmacy is still open at 9:40 pm. We went back to the pharmacy and it was closed. How does one store employee say yes and its not? its so much ignorance. Some of us can't be there earlier. When a store open til 10, it should be!!! how do they get away with this??? This extremely disturbing!!!!!!!! We couldn't get the medicine we NEEDED... IM PASSED MAD.... imnot going to any rite for anything EVER.....

Pure lazy and inconsiderate. If they don’t feel like helping you, they’ll claim they changed their hours and turned off their computers already. I’ve also had them smile in my face and deliberately place a cardboard cut out in the window saying “sorry we’re closed” after waiting in line for 20 mins at 5pm.

What is wrong with these workers in the pharmacy. There customer service sucks I’ve had a couple helpful people lately but today I pull up I give her my kids dob and she right way says nope don’t have anything.. I said yes, you do.. then she finds it like can u try?

I didn't know that the pharmaceutical business was so cutthroat. This store stole my profile, they told the pharmacist that was to transfer the profile that I would no longer be using the CVS that I've been going to for almost 8 years. I explained to three of those numbskulls that work there that I was in town only for a week and needed a prescription field there because I was miles away from Michigan and I was going to be in Ohio for a few days. I received three or four calls from them one telling me that we have your profile what prescriptions would you like filled. It should already be invisible to you what ones were filled or which ones were not I actually gave them the name of the prescription that needed to be filled. This was on the 26th of February about 3:00 in the afternoon. I called the next morning about 10:00 to make sure that they had everything they needed. This is the following day. I called them about 2:30 and they told me the prescription was in fact ready I go through their drive-thru wait 20 minutes finally getting to the window and I'm told that the prescription is not ready and they have not transferred my profile. I turn around and call my pharmacist back and she tells me that well we're done with you Mr Ellis you now are a customer of rite aid I said I didn't tell them to do that and the pharmacist replied I didn't think you did I don't know why this lady would lie about something such as that. What's she attempted to do was pirate my profile because I have a large quantity of medications I take and it would have benefited them. Getting to the window she tried to bamboozle me into coming over to rite aid and that there were rite aids in Michigan if I needed one in Michigan those people are crooks they're liars and pirates

Less quarter star they deserve WHY ? I setup COVID 19 test appointment for two patients through boring Rite Aid Web steps after done got email show everything OK , next day went there the drive through with most of parking lot closed this is first second after told them about our appointment they confused l talked with lady was outside she let us following here show us from where we can go, after reach the drive through area she didn't know it is closed she walked to the window talked with them the excuse was the owner want the drive through closed so they can not limit our sick struggling. Unfortunately they didn't show any respect to patients'lives by informing us what was going on from the beginning to let us setup another appointment in different location and by the way we want to another Rite Aid location they don't share our information the want setup another appointment can you believe that.

Never answer the phones. I called for hours. Always a very long wait. When they started closing at 5pm I had waited for 20 minutes. There were still people inside and never bothered to even say sorry we are closed. I sat there waiting until I noticed a small sheet of white paper saying in small type that they are now closed at 5pm.

Went to pick up my son's Prednisone since he has asthma and got covid. Told he can wait till next week to get the rx.Also told they are well over a week behind so hope they don't have diabetic patients who need their insulin........

Usually good here, but lately they don’t answer the phone, can’t get a call back. I get they short staffed but some of the workers got attitude. All meds are on auto refill and not done when they should b on occasions because they don’t have it in stock….how it in the system to fill it but don’t request more until I call asking why it’s not filled.
