I called the pharmacy for several hours straight at least 10 times on 4/1/24. Finally I called the the front customer service. He stated that they dont answer the phones if they are busy. I find that odd, since that isnt customer service. Covid screwed everything up, u cant even call people with Hope's of getting your meds filled. Now I have to just go there since calling my meds in isn't an option. Terrible

These people are thieves they stole my insurance card they also took my prescription for eye drops gave me all electronic prescriptions that were in the system that were pills I tried to explain to the main pharmacist that this is not accurate I brought my prescription and my medical card on 3-27-24 yesterday they said come back at 6:00 p.m. I never did I came back today 6-28-24 later on in the afternoon and they told me that they will fill my prescription can I come back in 40 minutes came back in 40 minutes they still didn't have my prescription why? because someone never put my stuff in the system from the day before and as well from today the time I left and they asked me to come back what they did was went i the computer and it was old electronic prescriptions that were from a month ago when I went to an emergency room in Oregon for being nauseated and I went to the eye doctor on summit yesterday and got the eye prescription from eye doctor so why would they give me pills and in one of those pill bottles is medicine for nausea instead of eye drops beware of this rite aids their thieves also contacted the insurance company I didn't have a choice my card was stolen so there's going to be a report made as well as an investigation wrong aid cuz you damn sure ain't right I told you to give me my insurance card back and it won't be a problem but since you want to make me out to look crazy now let's see the outcome of this as well as I mentioned to the insurance company about these pills that they gave me instead of eye drops so anyways it goes rite aid you tried to f me over I even tried to talk to the manager who was so nonchalant that I almost doubted myself but no forget dat the investigations will be made on you rite aids beware of this place what you witness is this paper right here is the prescription from the eye doctor yesterday 3.27.24 and then the other photo is the electronic prescription that is from a month ago that is pills but I went to the eye doctor yesterday for eye drops and that's what you see in the first picture so rite aids I'm sick of people and they games the investigation has started I called my insurance company believe that and to whoever think they're going to use the medical card it will be flagged so try it and find out and I would like to add that I asked her if she can go back and check the camera because I know exactly what time I came yesterday and drop my card off through your drive-thru do your cameras work she was nonchalant about that as well are you sure you drop these off here we do have other rite aids she almost made me call her something but I had to remember I wasn't here for that but it's crazy that all these cameras are around people don't want to check their cameras but when somebody steal or somebody walk out with something a quick to check the cameras then ain't that a blip ?

They are always friendly and I never have a problem getting my medicine and they always have it done and ordered

The place is clean and I find the services fine. The staff is friendly and extremely competent.Notificains concerning medications are prompt and accurate. Additionally they provide any immunization you may need.Getting my immunization here at Rite Aid is much more convenient than at my Doctor's office. The person who wrote the review stating the place should be torn down is foolish and or ignorant in my opinion.

Prices used to be much better but isn't that true for places nowadays?There isn't any "discounted" product isle.Aside from the things Rite Aid cannot control such as the economy for the most helpful and friendly, the pharmacy area is a tad⁹ understaffed, and some meds are out of stock. all in all I personally prefer Rite Aid stores and pharmacies much more than I like the other "popular" stores.

Came here for cold and cough medicine for my 3 month old and 3 year old both in car seats sick and sleep set in parking lot trying to figure out if i should wake them and take them out in the snow/ cold weather again . Decided to go through drive thru and ask if I could buy it there they sold me the wrong medication didn’t give receipt because they said they don’t print out back there , didn’t want to bother them again so I parked and grab the kids went inside and let them know I needed a different medication the guy working back there in pharmacy literally yelled and said this is why we don’t sell stuff through the drive thru don’t never do it again he was very very rude to me and made me and my little one uncomfortable because he didn’t have the patience to swap my medication out and I didn’t want to settle for a cheaper medication without getting my balance back I will never use this pharmacy again but the customer service at the front desk was very helpful and nice . What a way to start my morning. Thanks a$$hole

Extremely rude salesclerk. Went in today, purchased candy and got Cashback. Blond woman glared at me the entire time and didn't say a thing to me during the entire transaction. Completely unnecessary.

Same story as the rest lately. They don’t answer phones, under staffed, scripts can’t & don’t get filled. I have used Rite Aid… forever. First Navarre Ave., now Main St. and so I’ll be switching to a local pharmacy or Kroger. The reliability to get needed meds & communication are key!!

I went in to use the bathroom because I drive for a living and I was at work; of course no bathroom. I live near by so this is my pharmacy also why I felt comfortable. During my visit I noticed an elderly man with a walker waiting to get service. A woman came from behind to rudely tell the man it was drive thru only. The man said I don’t drive and I need my prescriptions. And this man wasn’t lying because he just got off my bus. Then today, I go there and was told my prescription wasn’t ready. It was order yesterday at 10:30 AM! A lot of times they are not open during their scheduled hours or close! This isn’t even the only location doing this I just switched from Navarre not long ago because every time I went up there it was closed when they were scheduled to be open. Now this one too!!! Rite aid is becoming unreliable I guess I’m gonna have to switch again!
