Lady at front desk is very rude and extremely unfriendly every time I come in this store. She never speaks and is not helpful at all. Horrible customer service person

I purchased a vacuum cleaner and it never worked from day one. So on the sixth day l went to return it and the manager called me a girl and then he refused to let me return it. The moral of the story is that I will never shop at Roses in Toledo Ohio again. I felt so disappointed and disrespected. So here l am with no vacuum cleaner and $50 .

expiration dates are only to be given upon request.i did not deserve to get fired again from this store managers in this store cheated prejudice actions on my shift only.i have a long list ofplaces I have worked in Toledo but I've never experienced hatred like this.letting people steal smoke weed and take extra breaks n front of me which I've never complained.yelledat for no reasonand then fired me without an explanation.im suffering although I can't let this happen again.

We went in on a Saturday, was not busy, but the people who were working,were very rude...I thought maybe it was just me feeling a certain way but then I heard others saying how rude they were ...I broke a candle and I apologized and thank the girl who cleaned it up three times, she did not even respond to me at all.it was a bad experience, will never go back..

Cashiers and Managers at Toledo store handle themselves really well when it comes to rude customers that come into the store and make complete fools of themselves…Cashiers/Managers give yourself a pat on the back.

This store has a variety of items, clothes, shoes, bed/bathroom/kitchen decorations and supplies, hair products, stuff for the yard, dog beds and so much more... I like going here because its cheap but you actually find good quality items

The prices were very good but when I walked in I had forgotten my mask so I ran back out got my mask came back in and when I did the girl that told me that I needed a mask she wasn't even wearing her mask I don't think the women were very friendly at the register just my thoughts but I will go back and shop because I love the prices before we were

It is first of all so very nice to have such a department store located near you as well as helping to fill up a lot of vacant stores in the strip mall kind of place? Affordable very much so. I went when they had just barely opened. The staff I am sure are very nice, knowledgeable and helpful were gathered together in the front of the store while I noticed several people needing help. In line there were 2 customers who when food had been rung up had these cards, food cards I think she said. Cashier said they don't accept those? I looked around feeling really bad for first her then the lady in front of me. In this area where yes they need more business where it's convenient & affordable to the area as well as more opportunities for jobs helping many stay off the streets. I see any business but especially one that you offer as a wonderful all the way around opportunity for the people living this way. Prices at the 2 stores near here are the very same ones near where I live with the exception of more far to many more same product cost more here? Same company etc? I don't know how you can do that but it's done so thank you for bringing to this community Something positive in all of their lives, for opportunities for affordable prices and quality product for awesome price. This is where I shop for several people on Glendale and I can't tell you how wonderful i think this store is and I hope because of this virus that you will not feel any other options but close down. I am praying and hoping that this store succeeds.
